This is one example of someone fulfilling their own bad prophesy - she expects bad press so she automatically makes a conniving pre-emptive strike to censor Jimmy's review. This alone is already causing bad press, and Jimmy now has even more reason to say bad things about her.

The lawsuit is apparently only for those who joined on or before Nov 1st, as are the refunds. Presumably anybody who joined after then knew what kind of scammy program they were buying into. So only the amount of money that was obtained fraudulently before then can be seized. That's why there's a lien against her house that won't be lifted until a court order is issued, or until that amount of cash comes to John T. via the receivers. There is no provision from what I can see for Heidi to continue to claim living expenses, hence her demurrer. I'm pretty sure she is still eating (even starvation diets have their limits!); but maybe her mattress is getting more comfortable with the lumps of stowed cash melting away. However, you're correct, Lou. Any monies over and above that $1.6 million are legally hers. And that's why she needs more new members for Kimkins - the cash from older joiners is way gone by now.

SMP, I think you are incorrect. ANYONE who joined or is a current member Kimkins can join the lawsut. The amount of money that was siezed was calculated on the current members. If the class action is approved, John will notify ALL current and past members and add the ones that want to join the class action lawsuit and then do another thingy for the additional amount of monies needed. I think....lol. Maybe one of our legal eagles can clarify better. But this is my understanding.

Thanks. She was so cute and pitiful at the same time. I explained to her that she didn't have to marry anyone that she didn't want to and she said even if they like you? I said you only marry them if you like them back. I said you don't even ever have to get married. She said, "I can be like aunt Lori?" My SIL is single, never married, but she has adopted 7 children. I would elaborate, but I just realized how kimmer like I sound, so I shall stop now.

You may have had some concerns here. I really didn't mind you addressing any concerns but to be honest I did feel under attack with the implications of Kimkins. And it is my understanding that even you followed Kimkins with success. However, I did listen to your points of concerns and have decided to make some changes. First observation I would say that Tippy has improved her writing of posts, since leaving Kimkins.
Second- Man, she has twinges of kimmerisms sprinkled in there.
Third- I love how the reason she didn't post at Jimmy's was because of the potential that LCF could cause drama. How about you claim your actions and reputation Tippy.
Maybe, you didn't post there because you realized you would not be welcomed there and it had nothing to do with LCF. It has everything to do with your previous actions shaping your reputation. That is all your doing!

Besides why post at Jimmy's when she has her own private "duck-free" forum?
