) Called the doctor and got a Rx for Lasix and spent the next 2 hours on the throne~ I ended the day 7 pounds lighter and seriously chapped.

I also once lost 12 pounds overnight~~

January 6 - 274lbs. January 13 - 275lbs.

The whole Stone Creek candle name kind of confirms it for me, as Stonecreek was a very popular chat admin and bb poster in the earlier days of this website.

Stonecreek is indeed a real person-she ran the pigroast for a few years-we have posted together for over 7 years and I met her in Kentucky around 6 years ago. She does not have anything to do with MCD

I believe what Flower was saying is that she believes that the person who created the MCD diet has spent time around LCF because she used the name Stonecreek for her candle company, NOT that Stone is in any way involved in this fiasco. I am not sure if that is true but I believe it is what Flower thinks. Flower, STone, Kim and I have all posted over on the Let's Lose Five thread for many years.

When I was in my early 20's and my doctor put me on a almost zero carb diet I started on a Friday and by Monday had lost 13# - but that was over a 3 days period. I know it must have been a lot of water weight. By the way I felt horrible that weekend - detoxing!

There are thousands of Stonecreek's on google. or Stone Creek..I'm sure she picked her candle name by thinking it was a cool name for some candles..

Whether she was on LCF's or not is pure speculation. She could have been..she could have been a member of kimkins, she could have made the diet up herself without any connection to any of these things. Has anyone asked her how she developed the diet? or whether or not she had a connection here?

Kimmer will probably blame her one pound gain on Mysttwalker for upsetting her in CVS and did some "stress eating" that she always warned other peeps about..
