What is it with how people define success anyway? Success to me is good health, healthy weight, and excess pounds staying off. AND, not OR!

i just read the post about jeannie sending heidi a "cease & desist" request...

my gut instinct is a doubt that she's "seen the light" & changed her mind about heidi's right to use her story...i bet she still believes that kimkins is ok and that she owes her weight loss to kimkins, etc., i think this latest post is merely her latest "CYA" movement to distance herself legally.

Like she has a right to lecture anyone on gossip or drama.

This registers pretty high on my guilt-trip-o-meter. Sounds like she's trying to censor him via percieved personal obligation to her.

I agree that Jimmy has a right to his opinion and a right to post it. Just because she can't type anything without being an inflammatory **** doesn't mean he's the same way.
