Speaking of kimkins diversions.......does anyone know if we have enough people signed up for the class action lawsuit, now?

I know on 12-22 Jeanessa had said that some plaintiffs were backing out or actually they had said that they would if certain plaintiffs remained. At that time it was said that if we had 1,000 plaintiffs the thought was that it would be enough for the case. We did not have enough then, but everyone has been working on spreading the word.
Do we have a count now? or any idea

I know that Jeanessa had posted recently that things were looking real good.

Hi everyone, it's been a while but I've been busy now that school has started again. I hadn't been on my blog for a while until tonight and saw people posting asking where the doo-dah I was..hehe...I'm still here, very alive and well.

Good news: I started PP (Protein Power) on Dec 30th and I've lost 10 lbs as of today. Ketosis is in full effect and I feel great and just freakin' happy to put the horrible episode of the stretch pants and sugar cookies behind and move on.

So, what is the latest?

But c'mon, the site required the help of many "open source geniuses in the world"? I taught my 8 year old niece how to use iWeb and even how to edit photos in Photoshop.

I had just posted here earlier- asking what the number count of the plaintiffs were since Jeanessa seemed happy and upbeat with her last post about more people signing up. No number was given, but like I said it read as positive.
To me that did seem in sharp contrast to the thoughts of some who were blogging and posting that the members of LCF, that questioned motives or dug up too much were hurting the lawsuit.
So that was confusing to me as to how both things could be true, but it seems Yucky is saying....To pay no attention...but I understand it is implied as not really and is coated with sarcasm to say We Should be paying attention.

-But that brings me back to my earlier questions-
So do we know if they - Yucky- are joking?
And what is the number count on the lawsuit?

I don't know what the count for the lawsuit is but I know it is a lot more than the 11 listed on the court documents...I don't think Nessa would want to say what the count is but I have faith and I am sure there are enough to make it a class action....
