Can you do a print to pdf and make a new pdf document out of it and then print it? This may work.

Hi Kat
They are no longer principals of the lawsuit. They are still participating in the lawsuit but no longer as listed principals.

no offense (I just had to make a comment anyway, lol)...IF the lawsuit is certified and IF John wins...they would be in it anyway...OK, enough from me....

So, why would they no longer want to be plaintiffs? I'm confused.

They still are plaintiffs, but are not listed anymore as principal plaintiffs.

That's kinda how I understood it.

Being a principal is a big responsibility, especially as former employees. They've no doubt turned over all the evidence they have. Perhaps they just wanted to get into the back seat for a while. They have contributed greatly to this cause and I respect their wishes. This is a team effort, and lots of people are doing what they can. Hopefully, soon the suit will be a certified class action, and there will be many plaintiffs. It won't matter anymore who the principals are.

That's right v0x.
Becky and Christin have been removed as principals of the lawsuit, but are still class reps.

Looking at the documents filed where Cottle, Heidi's attorney, filed to quash the writ of attachment- I notice there is mention of "previous employees" being used as a negative, in a way to spin the lawsuit into a legal action only being done out of spite by bitter ex-employees. This of course is not the case, but it does read that Cottle was trying to use that angle.
Well, it seems he is trying to use every angle but sheesh can you imagine having Heidi Diaz for a client.
From the document to Quash the Writ of Attachment-

i see that others have already addressed this...but just to reassure you kat, it's all ok! christin & becky are still a part of the lawsuit, just no longer able to be targeted principals--this is much better for them.

I totally agree Sherrie and my reason for posting the information....to demonstrate how others do need to share their story in the media. To have other ex-members telling their story, that are not able to be classified as "disgruntle ex-employees" by the Heidi's attorney, would help send a clear message to the public and the courts. IMHO

I am glad that it is a better situation for them and How is Christin doing after the accident? I do wish her the best.
I hope my post didn't imply or was interpreted as otherwise. I wanted to show that, regardless of any surrounding personal reasons for Becky and Christin to no longer be principals of the suit, that it could be based on a legal reasoning due to Cottle's statements.

BTW- Your pic is adorable and you look like you are doing great Cutie!

[thread jack sorry]

Hi,

One of you ladies (I'm sorry I can't remember who exactly.) dabbled in handwriting analizing. I have a school project and thought it would be a bit of extra flair to add that to my presentation. Could you help? Please PM me if you have the time.

TIA [/threadjack]

Take Down Kimkins Contest–Day 23

Got A Complaint?

The complaints we receive help us educate policymakers, the media and the public about real problems faced by real consumers. Over the years, consumer complaints have played a key role in our successful efforts to change laws and hold corporations accountable.

The Foundation for Taxpayer and Consumer Rights (FTCR) is a nationally recognized consumer group that has been fighting corrupt corporations and crooked politicians since 1985. Over the years, FTCR has saved Americans billions of dollars and improved countless peoples’ lives by speaking out on behalf of patients, ratepayers and policyholders. We get in their way and work to protect and improve the lives of American consumers and taxpayers.

So get crackin' everyone.....let 'em know you ain't gonna take it no mo'...

Yes, we definitely want to help defuse Heidi's "disgruntled ex-employees" argument, for sure. We ALL know this is about so much more than that.

Speaking of which, if there are any former Kimkins members who live in California, or who would be able to be in California on February 23rd, would you please PM me. I just may have a way for you to help with this.

Also, if anyone has joined this thread recently, and hasn't already had a chance to join the lawsuit, now would be a great time to do it. You can get all the info you need right here ~ Kimkins Class Action Lawsuit

Thank you!

And, of course, if you are looking for more ways to help, be sure to participate in the Take Down Kimkins Challenge or Help us pull these Weeds! (Don't forget, there's also the WildAngel6 Daily Links to work on too, if you happen to want or need more to do!)

Thank you, Everyone!
