I think these links are quite helpful, and I highly recommend contacting Jerry Brown, the CA Attorney General. She is already on his radar screen big time, and the more they hear from people about her, the more likely they will deal with her legally.

That is why for the challenge we asked that people contact California then their own state.

Yep - I contacted and heard back from California too!
CA- AG sent me a letter (snail mail) in response to my complaint. I received it yesterday. But not with any other links or contacts.
I just wanted to make sure we contact these too - if we haven't already!

The Kimkins diet is a very dangerous low calorie-low carb diet with
recommended calories in the 500/day range. It causes health issues
including but not limited to dizziness, heart palpitations, extreme hair
loss, thyroid dysfunction and metabolic disorders. It promotes eating
disorders and encourages starvation levels of eating. Heidi Diaz is not a
doctor or nutritionist and should not be handing out medical advice. She
is an admitted scam artist and fraud. She used fake success stories and
pictures to push her website membership (current fee 79.95) and bans
anyone who questions the validity of the diet keeping the "lifetime"
membership fee. There is an ongoing class action lawsuit in the works and
her lies and deceptions are coming to light but, I would think it would be
in the best interest of the State of California/Florida to stop alloying
this scam artist to continue her dangerous tactics on innocent people.

I received my response from them yesterday. Just the form letter but hopefully they received many complaints from ducks. I still haven't filed with NJ. From what I saw on the internet, I have to file by mail and attach copies of all receipts and correspondence. That's so typical for NJ

Now this is weird. When I open up the .pdf file I saved (with the info I typed in on it), the form shows without the info. GRRRRRRRRR! It will not let me save it as a Word document.

Well, she "came clean" on the morning of the Mike and Juliet Show, and started her "Kimmer's Back on Track" crap errrr, I mean challenge that day or shortly thereafter. So let's put it this way.... she's claimed to be at 267 for the past several weeks. I'd buy that she may be in the 290's, but in no way do I believe she is at 267.
