Quoting SWSNBN - "I just want to be left in peace from all sides. This has been a nightmare.
A family member has started reading all the blogs and such about me and is now worried to death over it all. He didn't need that at all. He has had one stroke previously and suffers from other health and stress problems. My daughter started reading it too and is very angry over the obvious lies. In fact, my entire family is worried sick for me. People who do not know me at all are repeating the lies. It is sickening of the joy some get from attempts to ruin a person's life. I don't understand it." Oh cry me river. People who are truly worried about their family's stress levels don't find new ways to raise them. You admit on national television you "came in at a bad time" but you believed 150% in "this" diet... why would someone with family stress and health problems DO this to their family? Become employed and directly involved with a known scam artist when there were family's health and finances at stake? Besides, when you left KK you were just covering your own a$$, and you know deep down inside as long as Kimmer was paying you that you would have gladly profited from someone else's suffering and loss. So I don't want to hear it. ![]() PS - you owe your family an apology. |

Why the fascination with Tippy?
"Tippy Toes04-24-2005, 11:50 AM I have been stalled now for 3 months. I am considering South Beach as it is also low carb. The difference seems to be the South beach is a lower fat plan or at least this is what I assume. Have any of you tried switching plans to break a stall and did it work? Has anyone ever tried South Beach?""Tippy Toes05-04-2005, 07:49 AM It is working! Doing Atkins one day and SB the next... Having cereal and milk for SB breakfast and lower fats on SB days. Atkins days are meat and eggs for breakfast. Lunches and dinners are about the same but have been alternating lean and fat cuts of meats accordingly. Am most pleased to announce that after a 3 month stall, I lost 2 lbs this week!!! <Doing the happy dance>" Tippy Toes 01-12-2006 "Still doing the FF. Had been down to 203, then bounced to 207. Today is a record 202! I seem to be having trouble maintaining the FF loss but in truth I have trouble maintaining any loss. Without fail, I have gained every single pound I have lost back and some I had to lose 3 times, be it induction or the FF. Lucky me! I am hoping that this 45 min a day of cardio will help me stabalize. It had better do something, lol! I think I over-did it yesterday doing arm curls with a 3 lb tomato juice can. A little sore today but I think that's what I am looking for. Is that right? Well, off to eat and then on the treadmill. Sooner I start, sooner it ends, lol! Figured that out right away!" "The all I want for Christmas Crew" 351 days left! Tippy Toes 04-16-06 "Celebrating my 2 year Atkinsversary -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today is two years since starting Atkins. My goal was to lose 100 lbs and be size 14. I began at 263 and now weigh 186 so I am still short of my goal weight. However, I hit size 14 currently! I have lost 77 lbs, 13 inches from my hips, 8 from my waist, 8 from the top and 9 inches from each thigh. My success secret? I stuck it out no matter what and I refused to ever cheat--not even just one little bite. Atkins says one little bite is often the kiss of death and I have seem so many folks prove him right. I decided to not go there--ever. Still, I have bounced and weighed more, then less, up, down but I stuck with it. The recipe room became my new home. I learned a new way of cooking and found it tasted BETTER than what I was eating before Atkins! Aside from looking better I feel TERRIFIC! I am off of all meds now including blood pressure pills. I can bend over, have no problems cleaning my house and have tons of energy. I can also cross my legs again which I was unable to do for years. I have had certain meds stall me, tackled a battle with sodium, battled with nitrates, etc but I stuck with it. I have resorted to extremes to get the weight moving again after months of not losing. I survived the Fat Fast and it did work in spite of meds I was on at the time. I am now losing on induction levels again so nothing else is necesary at present time. Oh, and as of Jan. 1 this year I joined a 45 min a day exercise challenge for 45 days. I didn't think I could do it but I tried. Guess what? I was capable and am still exercising regularly... Moral to the story? Stick with what you try and you will have GREAT SUCCESS! Give up and you will not. "I think I can"... "Tippy Toes 02-21-2007, 02:02 PM -Is eating at night hurting me? - No. I eat right before bed and have since starting Atkins. If I eat earlier I just keep on eating, lol. To date I have lost 104.5 lbs. In fact, My Doc also said this is a myth. Calorie/carbs/ect are totalled by the body each day, regardless of the time eaten." Tippy Toes 06-05-07 "I found a book titled The Rotation Diet and decided this may work. The plan starts off with only 600 calories for the first 3 days, then increases to 900 calories for the next 4, then increases to 1200 calories for the next week. The book says you then repeat from 600 calories but I think on week 3 I will switch back to Atkins to maintain the loss. Even on the 600 calorie a day plan it calls for almost 80 grams of carbs. Since I seem to gain if I go over 35 or 40 I was horrified but I'll try anything once. My idea is that by going higher carbs for 2 weeks it may be possible to climb right on up the carb ladder to maintain on Atkins." Swwpthefloor 06-11-2007 "Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone designs their own program. Eating more carbs one day and then going to lower carbs the next. And if this has worked for you. How many carbs do you allow yourself in a day? I was checking online about carb cycling. Where you eat two days per week high carb 200-300 per day and on the low carb days you would eat 125-175. How does that sound to you? sweep" Tippy Toes: "I am trying something like that now. I made 5 days worth of menus with some being higher carb less fats than others. Still, 62 grams of carbs for the highest day and around 20 for the lowest. Today is my first day so have no idea what the results will be." "Well, I think it can be tricky to say the least. But, if you are getting the carbs from good pure sources (veggies, fruits and whole grains) it could keep the body from adapting and allow a wider variety of foods. Of course if one follows Atkins ladder correctly (and is able to) I think that is where we would end up anyways. I would not start out doing it either, though. I am doing it for an attempt to move the last 10 lbs. And they aren't wanting to leave easily, believe me." making your own plan Kimkins my curvaceous buttox! This girl has flipped plans more than I flip hair color.

More news from Christin's mom:
Becky, thank you for writing a good report. I am grateful for the compassion and love pouring out of these wonderful people. Christin is about the same. She will respond when I talk directly to her, but does not remember what I say. I am reading to her all of the posts, and I am asking her if she remembers each individual. The drs. want me to try to make her think and respond, so these words of prayer and love are "good medicine." (I can get online here in her hospital room.) Brian is home, and the kids are at his sister's. Thank you again, and thanks to everyone in the lowcarb world. I am using EVERYONE's prayers and encouraging words to try to help her focus and respond. Melana

![]() It appears that in early December, Jeannie left Kimkins. This morning we received a response from Kimmer explaining the departure. Quote: Please be advised that Jeannie continues to follow and support the Kimkins Plan today. She simply left Kimkins in order to help spread the word via her own Kimkins-based website. She has my blessing and full support for her Kimkins CTF Diet. Jeannie is still a very strong Kimkins supporter, and she remains my right hand here at Kimkins. Kimkins would not be the success it is today without all the hard work and support that Jeannie has given me and continues to give me on a daily basis. If your life has been benefitted by the Kimkins Diet, you owe a great debt to Jeannie and all her hard work. I couldn’t have achieved all that I have achieved without the monumental contributions made by Jeannie. She is a fine testament of the proof that the Kimkins Diet is working miracles for thousand of obese men and woman every day. - Kimmer Jan 1st, 2008 at 6:21 pm

There are more "things" that have little cameras beside them on the Riverside Courtside.
It seems that the Kimmer didn't hand over all the papers and financial information that she was supposed to..including names/addresses of all the defrauded KKites. That's why they are asking for more documents..Go take a peek. |
