Happy (belated) New Year all you fabulous Ducks! My new year's eve date ended up being the porcelain god after going to Ruby Tuesday's for Tilapia and brocolli. GEEZ, why didn't I just cook my own din-dins?

There's a little thing called perjury that just might trip up anyone less accomplished than Heidi. One thing I noticed on the studen loan docs ... did anyone else catch that Heidi was going into law? I'm guess that she was going into pre-law as her projected finish date was several years out. Anyway, apparently she has had interest in that field for some time. She would be quite knowledgeable to things legal in her own mind.

The lawsuit caught her by surprise, even after following its course over here. Why? Because she obviously has been sued before with zilch harm to her; and she thought it would be a simple repeat. So much for a little knowledge. (It's a dangerous thing.)

Now Kimmer posts this and you know folk are now thinking if she is with kimmer zI want her out of the lawsuit too so jeanessa will get more emails and Pms while she is very stressed dealing with her life and Mother's dying saying I want out unless TT is out.

come on folk if TT and Kimmer were still together and TT had conned Christin, and Becky, and Deni,and John, and Jeanessa, and many of us why would Kimmer tell that site as a reply to a commnet that said TT was out of Kimkins.con and not doing kimkins any more with links to my blog discussion with TT about the nutrtional errors in kimkins, and Marasols or medusas blog blog about the PR director flipping? If as the alledged post form the real Kimmer says TTis her right hand person wouldn't Kimmer want TT right where she was? I know if I was being sued i'd sure want a mole on the inside of the othersides camp and do every thing I could to keep up that role for the mole not say hey dumbies she is still my righthand.

please folk don't let this kimmer ploy cause any more distractions from proceeding with the lawsuit. FOCUS on Kimmer, the fraudulant success stories and that 2+ million dollars in kimmers hands and logically reason out that commnet from kimmer.

I spoke at length with Melana, Christin's mom. Things are generally OK, but not all good.

The family was in a fairly new car, highly rated for safety, with lots of good safety features like air bags all around.

The kids are OK, but banged up and bruised and scared.

Brian is more banged up, had a severe concussion, but remained alert and aware, and will probably be discharged today.

Christin is in worse shape. It took them 20 minutes to cut her from the vehicle.

She has no broken bones or apparent internal injury, although her heart and lungs were badly bruised.

Her face is severely bruised, swollen, and cut up, especially around the right eye. She has a long cut through the tear duct and lash line. Her vision is expected to be fine, and they will plan for surgery to repair the damage around the eye once the swelling from her injuries subsides.

Her head took the worst of it. She is drifting in and out of consciousness, and in a lot of pain.
When she is awake, she knows who is with her, and responds to them.

However, she keeps asking the same questions, about how her family is, each time she is awake. Her short-term memory is not good right now. Apparently, that is normal for this type of injury. It may take a while before she is herself again. With time and care, though, she is expected to make a good recovery.
