The above was in the latter part of a report over at Rip off Report. I guess I really don't understand the hostility. I haven't read the first 5 threads (yet) so maybe it's just something I've missed that went on before. But really, I'm assuming the negativity towards LCF is in response to the KK threads. The thing is there are a whole lot of other support threads here that have nothing to do with this.
Are people being "bashed" in other threads here if they say they are ex-KK or even on KK? Not having time to explore the other threads yet I don't know, (I'm not say they are,but that is the implication from the above comments)
Also, what's the deal with the sarcasm towards the lawyer. For those joining the lawsuit, it may cost what? 2- 3 bucks for a notary, $0.41 for postage (unless you want to pay more for faster delivery) and none of that goes to the lawyer. So far it seems if there have been any costs I assume it has been Jeanessa footing the bill and she hasn't asked for any reimbursements. Any money John gets from this will be from the HeidiK fund. I'd rather he have it than her anyway.

here's the first part of that report---so I don't really get the last part----it just makes no sense---but what in this saga does...

Kimkins.com is a diet ripoff of the cruelest nature. Heide Diaz pretended to lose amazing amounts of weight in amazingly short periods of time. As people ponied up their membership fees and began to follow her lead, she ridiculed those not marching in strict time to her step. (Think Severus Snape with an acute glandular problem. Yes, she's a treasure.)

Hey, did I mention that in addition to a 'killer' diet, for your membership fee, you also won these fabulous prizes: a dead thyroid a flatline metabolism, Flamenco lessons for your heartbeat, and a 'Bald is Beautiful. No really.' t-shirt!

It all started tumbling down when the fabulous before and after photos she used with her site were found to be fakes. Since then, it's been one joyfully exposed fraudfest after another.

Survived today with no sweets, even though they kept piling in the break room. Just looking at the mountain of sweets made me want to throw up. I can't wait to go home and read more PP.

It seems if you post a link in your rip-off report,, it will be removed. They have a policy because in the past people have posted virus links or something like that. I wonder if you could post the name of a site with out any links or some "code" word that would help people find the blogs with a search.
I don't know if that's helpful to anyone, but if you put a link in your report you may want to go back and check.

I agree! It was intended to imply the Lcf members will beat you up with words but take you back into the group. I guess someone else was reading the apology comment here too.
Also it was tongue in cheek as to when the members would get their refunds. I guess Kimmer doesn't realize that it is not about the money for us. It never has been.
It is a warning susieque you are right, not only to the current kk members but also the staff/admins and it does sound like it is coming from out superhero.

Hey Woofy, you don't know me, but I just want to say WAY TO GO.
I know it's really tough, I'm in the Christmas gifts mode (you know that involves making of the sweet treats) and a little here a little there, it really adds up.
Then I get the sugar crash and become pretty much worthless the rest of the day.
I understand also about motivation. I was all revved up about KK when I joined. It was my "one last time" . Kept waiting to see what maintenance looked like and never saw it. I was afraid to lose the weight just to have it come back on. So never really could get it started.
Glad to see your researching and working your way back up the ladder. I hope to get there too, soon.

I don't know, the first part of the report beat up on HeidiK pretty good...Bamagal posted that part a few posts back. I should have just posted the whole thing. I don't know HeidiK as well as others, but it seemed way more harsh than I think she could of done....unless it was one of her other personalities coming out..

After reading everything exposing Heidi...that nutcase can twist & turn at a blink of an eye, she jumps back and forth across the fence all the time. I can honestly see her using such a post to pit KK members against LCF as KK people are jumping ship right and left, also now that TT started her own group.

Yeah, that is a harsher tone than Kimmer normally uses for herself. Hmmmm....unless she is laughing at it all....I can see it then. Laughing how someone would pay for advice from her, laughing at the side-effects it causes, and laughing at being able to use the fake success stories as long as she did. The comment didn't sound as if the writer was saddened by those things just flippantly saying them as the facts that we all know- now.

I can see Kimmer laughing at what we consider a sad tragedy of transgressions of moral and social law.

So you can imagine the hurt and betrayal that was felt when those we were defending only turn around and attack us and our efforts.

We all have been dealing with stress and when I am angry I tend to not cover things with the niceties that I normally would either. But it doesn't mean that the heart of my words are not true. I have said before that Heidi gets careless when she gets angry and that is when she will make mistakes. I say that because we all do. When our emotions get in the way, they also give us a glimpse of that person that we haven't seen before as well. Some call it taking the "shine" off of a person or a situation and it did for me.

I can appreciate the apology, but yet I can't accept that you didn't mean what you said in your posts, so I wish you continued success in your fight against Kimkins.com
