Pooticus --- I agree with you, now let's see if she's that smart. From what I gather she has more members signing up and paying their $60 even though she is hardly posting on her site. Hope the new members will meet some of the informed old timers and not starve themselves.

Not only that, but factor in that the burden of proof in a civil case is a preponderance of evidence (more likely than not) than the burden in a criminal case (beyond a reasonable doubt). Yes, which is exactly why I have repeatedly said that I am not convinced that MCD is on the up and up. What if the MCD lady is just the "face" of the operation, and you know the rest.......... Just sayin'..............

Pooticus that is a very valid thought too! I agree and the problem we have discussing it here is the pages of criticism that follow and the time wasted on having to defend our actions.
Because if we go and let's say search for recent domains purchased with weight loss as the subject then we are we attacking innocent people for questioning if they could be related to Kimkins?

I don't think so, because asking questions and discussing public information to me is not wrong, but others don't agree C'est la Vie.
But looking for key words like others have stated could also trigger that familiar SNATT feeling and make us think of Kimmer

Ok, my new bestest friends, I have joined a challenge here but I have not decided on a goal for the challenge, and I'm not weighing in until tomorrow. I also will need to get into ketosis, as I haven't seen it for months now

It's going to be a very dry January.

I'm trying to figure out the best place to begin a regular "non challenge" thread, maybe a journal? I also saw the blog option?

I had a sign on my refrigerator for a time that said, "The person who speaks second starts the argument". So, with that in mind, we can talk about this all we want, and we can simply not even respond to those that want to stir it all up. They WILL evenutally go away.

Something I've noticed, and I do hope it is because of the holiday, but once the drama stopped, everyone who just had ideas that no one would listen to have suddenly stopped posting.

We can test it easy enough ... someone post something that would be controversial ...

You guys are really thinking..but think HEIDI..HEIDI doesn't share very well. I don't think she would go in cahoots with the Chicken Lady.

I think she will do this when she is FORCED to do it..like if KKins was shut down. She has too many irons in the fire on the net..with the name being known..Even bad publicity is better than NO publicity. People are still joining her site..even after reading the bad stuff, so things are "okay" at the Kimpire...Just my opinion, ladies.
