I had not seen this post from kimkins before and It is a good example of Heidi/kimmer's philosophy of the starvation mode.

The concentration camp survivors are actually an excellent testament to Starvation Mode. Those that survived, after "surviving" at extremely low (or no) calories, regained their weight and didn't suffer from obesity.

Okayyyy! OF course there's been no fraud and no damages. Everyone who signed up for Kimkins knows that Kimmer truly is the youthful sylph that she claimed to be, and that they grew healthier following her expert advice. Can someone fetch a shovel - a big one - please?

I just read through all 148 pages of this stuff, and it's fascinating reading. Especially the part where, in attorney correspondence, Tiedt says Heidi lies more than any human being he's ever known and suggests she needs prompt medical intervention.

That is why I love him.

I also think that Heidi's whining about this writ getting in the way of her convincing people to starve themselves is, if nothing else, a perfect vindication of all those 'obsessed' people who are busy ferreting out every last little clue they come across. Why?

- Heidi's formed a 'family trust'
- Heidi's formed an LLC for her older son and his 'plumbing business though he is not a licensed plumber
- Heidi also formed an LLC for Halcyon Web Design

Heidi's busy doing a lot of stuff to hide her ill-gotten gains, including the ones she is still taking in. Stuff people here have, in part, uncovered. You all should be very proud of yourselves

John rocks! Let's remember (for those of you who believe in prayer, that is) to pray daily for John, Jeanessa and the other plaintiffs, and for true justice to be done. Pray that Heidi can't pull the wool over the eyes of anyone in the CJ system. Pray her lawyer can't stand her and sucks.

I was praying while reading the motion, because all those timelines about when she did what, the accountant, the purchases--sorry, if I was on a jury, that woman would be toast. IT's very, very, very slimy and suspicious. Timing tells a big story in that motion.

May every lie Heidi has told come to roost on her head. May the wrath of Lady Justice slice through all the deception .And may cosmic retribution take a huge, huge bite out of Heidi's butt. Amen.
