We've already denigrated Heidi's lawyer as having little to go on. How much do you want to bet that her next move will be to fire him and beg for more time until she can find another lawyer? Delay, obfuscate, do whatever to muddy the issues. Classic stalling techniques! And if she does, he can thank heaven for his narrow escape from a bad case and "improvident" client.

Maybe a new slogan should read : Lawyers don't let friends and colleagues represent Heidi (unless the fee is paid in advance!

Well, did you see the pm between Heidi and SingingLass in that document? TT is mentioned, but she has the Immunity Necklace, but SingingLass doesn't and hasn't found the Idol, either..So, she better had watch out for Tribal Council.. She needs to get out while she can and start talking to John..

Oh..Brandon's deposition isn't on the 4th..maybe later..sorry..

Yup. DH is an attorney, and has had a few similar clients... it just never ends well.

I think that the bet all depends on which lawyer can prove their case the best...can John prove she did all that clean up and dispersement of funds to hide her assets and CYA or can Cottle (is that his name?) prove she was stupid at setting up the site and "cleaned it up" when she became aware of the problems and that she was just spending the money she earned because it was there and never had a clue as to saving any of it or needing any of it to pay back member who wanted out. You decided....I am concerned about the changing of the judge though...he probably knew her from other cases, lol

I'm having the worst time with this site, I expect it's my computer and the dial-up connection I have. You know there are people out there that only know dsl, they will never have that wonderful experience of dial-up and dropped connections...poor things.
I have not been able to read the comments to the comments to my letter. It's probably best that way.
