I'd like to know what the blacked-out sections were in the last several pages (the letters between the attorneys). Has anyone else heard about the alleged settlement offer made by Tiedt?

I noticed a "baitinger813", but no other names stuck out to me. I think that list was for a short period of time, in Catherine's records (I read that whole thing and have a headache now

Sorry, I don't remember enough of my years studying handwriting analysis to give any more details, but this is what struck me.

I just thought you all might find it interesting.

ACK! Described my handwriting, more or less! (Does a physical handicap that resulted in becoming left-handed count as ego??!! Certainly describes my verticle slant!) And I've got short arms and am obese. Does that make me a Heidi clone?? Say it ain't so!

Depositions are public record ...... Her attorney spent a lot of time referencing case law to back up his claims. That's why he's being paid the big bucks. It should be interesting to see if the Court grants this dismissal.

What was interesting is the reference to "Plaintiffs posting bond" equivalent to writ of attachment. That they hadn't been required to do that. Hmmmmm! That equates to a lot of money.

The motion is definitely worth reading if you haven't done so yet.

Yes I was thinking the same thing regarding her or someone announcing that Kimkins had been sold. Who announced that news? Now she is swearing in the court documents that she was ALWAYS the sole owner..... hmmm.

I especially like where RIGHT AFTER she says the Womans Day article is attached, she launches into how she was ignorant in many aspects and has now taken actions to resolve her mistakes. I think the Judge is gonna look at her Womans Day photo and laugh out loud.
