I believe that is a true statement that you quoted, Lola. However, it IS very much related to the lawsuit as proof she delayed the deposition in order to finalize getting rid of her ill-gotten gains.(The day before the moved back deposition date!

) The timing itself of the house purchase is extremely suspect, since the court order to appear had already been served.

As for the Internet - well, only those interested one way or another were at all informed. The lawyer didn't specify stalking or harassing, did he? That's the only thing that would get a gag order slapped on a few hundred people.

What's public is public! Including her motion for dismissal or whatever it's called.

BOY..if you haven't gone to that court document..it's amazing..Kimmer that the attachment writ is getting her in the way of running her business on KKins..Gosh, I think she is still posting, etc..and taking in new peeps..What is she talking about?

Lawyers are expensive..so some of that ill-gotten KKins money she has is going to her lawyer, which is a good thing. Then she claims that the plaintiffs all want money from this lawsuit..(pot of gold, etc.)..and fame (Christin, etc.)..Good grief!!!

It's boggling.

I would hope a judge would see right through all of that. I do hope that there aren't any technicalities that can be used for Kimmer to get her way. Teidt writes a fine letter, doesn't he?

Just want to say that for several years, I studied handwriting analysis -- not for any extraordinary purpose, just because I found it interesting to see what certain person's handwriting said about them. I looked at Heidi's signature on the document and this is what I came up with. Mind you, this is totally an unprofessional reading and may not be accurate, but when I was studying handwriting analysis, I found it to be awesomely accurate on random handwritings I tried to decipher. My disclaimer is that this was only an interesting pastime and in no way professional. But I decided to revisit it when I went to look at the documents with Heidi's signature. There are several things that help define the personality from a person's signature: Height, slant, and obfuscation. I wish I still had my handwriting analysis texts to quote from, but I don't. This is what I personally read from Heidi's signature on the document.

1. The size of the writing indicates the writer's desire to be noticed and seen as an idol.
Height: Broad perspective, makes an impression, bold, ego driven, action oriented, not given to detail, can be egocentric.

2. Slant: Vertical
Self sufficient, in control of self, low emotional responses, restrained. Practical, independent, head rules over heart. The large capitals indicate that she wants to be noticed, and the left slant indicates a reserved personality.

3. Clarity: Her last name is virtually obscured. She is backing away from her identity and trying to hide it.

Sorry, I don't remember enough of my years studying handwriting analysis to give any more details, but this is what struck me.

I just thought you all might find it interesting.

I love John Tiedt. If I didn't have my wonderful Dancing in Socks Guy, I think I would marry John Tiedt.

I just read through all 148 pages of this stuff, and it's fascinating reading. Especially the part where, in attorney correspondence, Tiedt says Heidi lies more than any human being he's ever known and suggests she needs prompt medical intervention.

That is why I love him.

I also think that Heidi's whining about this writ getting in the way of her convincing people to starve themselves is, if nothing else, a perfect vindication of all those 'obsessed' people who are busy ferreting out every last little clue they come across. Why?

- Heidi's formed a 'family trust'
- Heidi's formed an LLC for her older son and his 'plumbing business though he is not a licensed plumber
- Heidi also formed an LLC for Halcyon Web Design

Heidi's busy doing a lot of stuff to hide her ill-gotten gains, including the ones she is still taking in. Stuff people here have, in part, uncovered. You all should be very proud of yourselves
