RE wordpress they do have restrictions on commercial ventures on blogs hosted by them. There used to be a link to hit on the top of the blog to report them and if enough people do that they will poof it. I will go look and report back if I make it past the rum balls

We're still setting everything up, but I will add something to the contact page and the main page right now that anyone with information should go to the lawsuit page. There is a mention of that on the lawsuit page itself, but you're right, it should be easier to find.

Here's another consumer site I haven't seen mentioned. There doesn't seem to be anything on there concerning Kimkins. I have just sent a complaint, but it does have to be reviewed before it is posted so we will see what happens.

There are a few new things showing up on the Riverside Courts website. I don't think I'm speaking out of turn by posting this alert, but if I am, I'm sure somebody will let me know ASAP. Of the new stuff, the most interesting (to me, anyway) is a 148 page motion (with exhibits) filed by Heidi on 12/21 to set aside the Writ of Attachment. The whole document is now available online.

I'm only up to page 60 and there is some good stuff in there, lots of detail about things that have been speculated about here in the past. Of course, these documents are just each side's position on things, not necessarily "the truth," but it sure is interesting. Heidi characterizes the plaintiffs as a bunch of fame-seekers looking for a "pot of gold at the end of the litigation rainbow." Attached to the motion is a declaration by Heidi in which she "explains" the Sharp Plumbing connection. She also whinges about being "defamed" and deprived of her ability to satisfy her 37,000 happy and satisfied kimkins.com members, and to earn a living with her website. Go get yer cryin' towel!
