here is the action links once again---if you look near the bottom we have added several more online consumer advocacy groups----it doesn't take much time to contact all of these smaller sites---especially the consumer advocacy groups----that Tom Martino person is a real bulldog---been doing this type of stuff for over 2 decades---he has a syndicated radio show also---if you call the toll free number for the show---you may be put on the air----

This lawsuit is not going anywhere. It will happen. I also suspect we will have quite a few more joining over the course of this upcoming month.

Now, if there is anyone who can convince me otherwise, who can relay to me how the work in here is really jeopardizing the case, then please send me a message. I want actual facts. I need to be explained to in detail why something is bad. Not just told like a child "because I said so".

However, many of us who feel we've been pushed in the background by the agrressive posters, who persecute not only in public on this forum (and I've been really shocked by some of the things that have been allowed to stay posted) but also follow you in private and send you nasty PMs need to take a step back and get a grip. I don't agree with people sending nasty PM's but if people are doing that maybe they need to be publicly posted and called out for it. Once again....it could also just be a difference of interpretation

We have not had much luck in reporting Kimmer's my space pages, but please do continue trying. If we keep at it, hopefully we will eventually succeed.

For those who already do have a MySpace page, please consider adding some anti-kk links to your page to help spread the word.

For those who have contemplated putting up their own MySpace page, this would be the perfect time to do so. Sharing information about the Kimkins Diet Scam and helping to spread the word will be especially critical in these next few weeks with folks looking for diet information online.

MySpace is a very important avenue to address because of the number of teens who hang out there. We certainly want them to be able to find information warning them away from the site.

In my experience, the stronger the warnings, the more curious teenagers will get and the more they do the opposite of what adults want. Instead of dwelling too much on the health angle (teens are invincible, doncha know?), dwell on the $$$ to join, when info is free here, or here.<insert Honey's link> Getting something for nothing appeals to the little dears as much as to the big dears. Or maybe someone else has a better suggestion? Keep brainstorming, everyone.
