Here's my thoughts on the people who are dropping out of the lawsuit. Sometimes when someone witnesses a crime etc., they want to see justice done but they don't want to get involved. They don't want their name, picture, etc., out there. For example, as I've mentioned before...when I left KK, I left with a group of 13 women. Some of these women had some serious problems doing KK. As far as I know, only one of these women besides myself have done anything toward bringing down Heidi. Only one has signed the petition. The others want Heidi and her site shut down but are afraid to voice their opinion other than in our thread. They all want justice though. I think these people dropping out have gotten scared for whatever reason. Maybe it is additional paperwork requested by John which identifies them more, maybe it is the comments made by friends or others here, etc. I don't know. I do know that you either fight or you do not. I think these that are talking about leaving (if they have), may have gotten scared or maybe just jumped on the bandwagon in the beginning without thinking first and are now running scared or whatever. Unless they come here and state specifically, we may never know. It takes a certain type of person to follow through with something. I'm sorry these supporters are now questioning their support but I do not think that even if some drop out of the lawsuit that it will harm it. There is cause there for a class action and the plaintiffs are listed. These 12 or so plaintiffs (can't remember how many are listed at this time) are the ones who will come under the most scrutiny from Heidi and her lawyers as they are named. Sometimes you just need to do what you have to do. I'm just sorry more are not signing up. I know there are several and I know they would like a lot more as there is power in numbers but I do not think that the few who are dropping out, if they really did, will hurt the case. I hope these people reconsider. It doesn't matter what each plaintiff's purpose is for joining the lawsuit, it matters that the DID.

If you haven't signed up, please do. John has put in a lot of time in this and he believes in our cause and I think we owe it to him and the people left at the KK site and the ones who will join in the future to protect them.

If it is not clear enough by now, you are not helping bring down Kimmer by turning off the public, attacking anyone who disagrees with you, spying on people like Vandy on other boards, calling anyone who disagrees with you a troll, turning on principals members of your own fight, etc....you are not hurting Kimmer...you are helping her.

So the question is, do you care more about your own entertainment and amusement or do you care more about the supposed reason for this thread?

I have not always agrreed with what I have read on this thread. But I disagree a helluva lot more with what I see as a huge amount of hypocrisy in those who are now condeming it.

I hope this has not caused offence. Im not sure its possible to speak on this matter without offending someone - but I really do think that treating the Fascination posters are if they are something you have just stepped in - has to stop.

Sometimes, I agree with some things other people whom are against this thread complain about in respect to things about picking on people whom haven't really given us a good reason to like Hector. But, I don't think anyone here argues that. I rarely see someone get unanimously stomped if they come here with a complaint that is fair. But the majority of this rubbish by others against this thread is not fair and is the same rubbish that was used to defend this stupid diet in the first place.

If your on our side to taking down the kimkins website then that is great, and I can certainly say I appreciate your efforts very much, just like everyone else here does. BUT, it is not a get out of jail free pass. And, just because a diet is low carb does not mean it is not open to scrutiny within the low carb community. I ranted about this same thing once before: Is Kimkins Okay Simply Because it is Low Carb?

You know the low carb community made a huge mistake turning a blind eye for kimkins for as long as it did for so long simply because it was low carb. If we didn't do that then, this mess may never have happened. I sure as heck am not going to intimidate people into repeating the same mistake!

Lola, I don't know where you've been reading, but you missed the truth again.
Crohnie and VandyJ are just 2 of several people who have repeatedly taken this subject to other non-kimmer places on this board, called us names and asked Tom to close this thread.

They have called people here many names and they go to other boards and forums to keep up their bashing.

You have repeatedly agreed with their bashing, name calling and posts where they've made it very clear that they want these threads closed.
