I'd like to point out that Heidi is a lost cause because of well-documented fraud for her false stats and fake photos. No such fraud exists in Tippy's site, AFAIK. And her calorie levels, as stated, meet the legal minimums for an acceptable diet. Looks like Tippy won't have to give up her gains to John after all.

SMP--is 800 cals OK? 2 weeks starvation and 2 weeks 800. What does AFAIK mean? She is just sliding in under the legal stuff. Guess she learned well...hope it all works out for her. Maybe now she will quit posting in her blog and take care of her site.

Personally, I figure 800 calories is way low BUT, medical doctors and their love of quantifiable figures have decreed that anything under 800 calories is a starvation diet. So Tippy stays "legal."
AFAIK = As Far As I Know

Tippy's blog, from what I can see, is an exercise in self justification with no dissent allowed. In fact, it fits the definition of a blog - a place where someone can rant or otherwise post their thoughts on a variety of subjects with no one to tell them no.

Like a private diary open to the world!

However, if no one finds it worth reading, maybe she will take care of her site and get it ready for the influx of people panting to look like her. Hope her lifetime supply of patience hasn't evaporated yet.

I wonder what got them to change from "boxing day" being the day to go "public"? I know that was the plan before and I thought how fitting to have it on that day.
