guys. Popping my head in for a second. Christmas season has got me bound and tied...can't get up...helpppppp, can't get in here to catch up either. <<<sigh>> I'm at least 15 pages behind.

I thought the DivineMissM was the one who was "teaching" most of the cycling with Kimkins and other programs. At least she did a lot more work at it than Tippy ever did, seems to me.

Wish I could post on Tippy's Site... I for one hadnt gained weight Tippy, I was unable to attend the roast but, you seem to fail to mention that. AND again remind me, how long you have kept your weight off? Easy to come here, copy and paste and yet no one can respond to you except threw this board.

Gosh I feel slighted. I offered her a chance to explain her statement about kimkins being safe and she ignored me. Even promised to not allow slamming TT commnet yet she still hasn't showed up and left a commnet explaining her posistion.
Since we know she is reading here TT I double dawg dare you to post your reason for even thinking it is safe given the lack of of EFAs even at higher cals.

Very convenient to say "show me", "prove it" when you know the posts and threads are gone Tippy. This is exactly the tactic I was referring to. You attempt to have your lies stand alone after the fact in hopes that it will become a he said/she said situation and that people will believe you instead of the truth. Too late Tippy, too many of know the truth.

if you can remember close to the date you could go looking for examples in the wayback machine or if they are in the close past even deleted topics will show up in google cached stuff.

I'm so with this. Right now, TT is running the show. She doesn't have to allow comments on her blog, because she gets answered here.

I do have a question, though. Since I've never lost that kind of weight I don't have any idea ... if one were to lose 160 pounds in 10 months, wouldn't their skin be saggy? Doesn't it need time to catch up to the weight loss?

Google this address and look at the satellite photo ... this is in the middle of nowhere - there is no building at this address ... there is no house, there is no driveway ... me smells a ratty hoax ... also, if you go to this website, all you find are links to other businesses. There is no way to order from these folks ... nothing comes up when you google the numbers .. who wants to try to call the number and ask about candles?
