Please for give me. I would like to thank the Administration at LCF for their unrelenting efforts in keeping this forum scam free.

I want to apologize to the administration for giving them a trying time while I tried to promote Kimmer.

I would specially like to thank Cheri for helping me delete my promotion of Heidi. How gullible and foolish I’ve been.

I am sincerely sorry. I would also like to thank the efforts of the duck squad and every person who is/has participated in exposing Kimmer the diabolical, lying, deceiving con artist.

Missis I'm not sayin that theoretically that couldn't have been me but it woulda been pretty out of character for me. I never really made a lot of sweet treats for us because even sugar alcohols made my blood sugar spike. I tried for awhile making things with erythrotol and sweet k (sp?) etc...but again, hmm. Maybe I did in a heroin-induced (aka martini-induced) stupor back then??

More accurately, Kimmer wanted her to be a subcontractor. It's to Heidi's benefit not to have employees. Unfortunately, Uncle Sam makes that determination.

Independent Contractors vs. Employees
Quote:
...Who is an Employee?
A general rule is that anyone who performs services for you is your employee if you can control what will be done and how it will be done....
Considering that Tippy was Kimkins "PR Director" I would wager that the IRS will classify her and the other admins as employees. That means that Heidi is liable for a whole lotta taxes...Social Security...(Federal Unemployment Tax)FUTA..Worker's Comp, all of which the employer pays part or all of.

Sorry Heidi, just calling your employees "contractors" doesn't make it so.

Thanks! I think it is pretty kewl too ! I cannot take the credit for it - I got it off one of these threads - I would have to go back and look to give proper credit. There was a very kewl one made out of skeletons that I really like that one of the poster designed. It was VERY clever!

welcome to the group

Pooticus you were not asking for advice in the thread. Someone had asked about sweet treats. You posted a recipe option that you and your Denny enjoyed. Then TT posted to you and then comments on Kimkins how she was giving you bad dieting advice.

Here is the TT attempt to derail Potticus -
Reference- delicious experiment

1 tsp sf davincis

warm the cream and all the sweeteners in the micro till very hot but not boiling. crush up the chocolate square and melt it into the hot cream. if necessary nuke for about 10 seconds at a time stirring after each.

then measure out about 1/2 tbsp and drizzle over 6-8 macadamia nuts or drizzle over strawberries. even just a small drizzle over the strawberry or other berry is enough to give him his chocolate fix.

afterwards i cover the ganache with saran so it sits on the surface of the ganache then wrap with another piece of saran (chocolate absorbs flavors from the fridge very easily) and put in frigerator. keeps about a month. i just reheat 1/2tbsp or a 1 tbsp at a time using a bowl floating in very hot water.
Oh, Pooti, that sounds soooo good! Nice to run into you, BTW! Have you tried the recipe for the Reecees Peanut butter cups in the recipe room? OMG--those are to die for! Only thing is I never found the little muffin tins so I just make them in large muffin tins. Still very few carbs. And best of all I was able to eat as many as I wanted and always lost weight! Be sure and try them!
Now over at Kimkins Tippy Toes posted this-

Someone copied that thread and I got to read it. All I can say is OMG--what a horrid woman! xxxx, are you OK after all that? Just for that I am going to follow her posting and bug her as much as I can. I'll be sure and tell her you said hello (LOL!). No, I won't do that but think I'll shake her up a bit. She and I used to post on a thread together and she seems to like me. So, xxxx in your honor I am going to give her some really bad diet advice and let's see just how fat I can get her, lol! I am pulling out fattening lc recipes now. I wonder is she like peanut butter cups made with LOTS of butter?
I think Tippy's words show the issues that Tippy would cause and how she would behave.

Kimkins Health Risk’s

This is an inactive blog. I posted comments earlier in the day, but I don't know if this person checks for comments or not, so we'll see if they show up.

It's a shame that a good blog idea like this sits dormant. Anyone know who belongs to this blog? Maybe we could encourage them to update it?

More on Independent Contractors

From the State of California
http://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/IndependentContractors.pdf
Quote:
...Even where there is an absence of control over the details, an employer-employee relationship will be found if the principal retains pervasive control over the operation of the whole, the worker’s duties are an integral part of the operation, and the nature of the work makes detailed control unnecessary. (Yellow Cab Cooperative v. Workers Compensation Appeals Board (1991) 226 Cal.App.3d 1288) In addition, the existence of a written agreement purporting to establish an independent contractor relationship is not determinative. (Borello, Id.at 349) Nor is the fact that a worker is issued a 1099 form rather than a W-2 form determinative with respect to independent contractor status. (Toyota Motor Sales v. Superior Court (1990) 220 Cal.App.3d 864, 877)...
Sorry, TT & Heidi, Kimkins had employees.

Better get those tax forms filed.

I used to post in a thread with TT last summer, "Calling all Kimkins maintainers" and I never saw this kind of behavior. She was nice and helpful, so it is so shocking and sad to see her pull this kind of stuff. But from reading everyone else's experience I just got lucky.

Hello all. Yep, oh the essence of tippy. She will never ever admit she was in the wrong. Remember she is the victim here. I wish she would just disapear into the wood work. I sure hope that Christian and Deni are careful with welcoming her. I do understand the forgiving part but that doesn't mean she needs to be a part of their life. MOVE ON TIPPY, I think you are wasting your time and ours with all your BULL. We don't buy any of it.

I also wanted to tell yal that I got a very bad Trojan Horse virus from clicking on a link in here. I am not accusing any one of knowinly doing this. Symantec told me that it can be attached to any thing you email or link with out the person knowing it. The virus uses your pc to infect others. It took 6 long hours and 100 bucks to get rid of it. I don't remember exactly what I clicked on. Just be careful. So for now on I won't be clicking any links or blogs. They also told me this virus is attached to some blogs. I can't afford for this to happen again.

Have a good weekend every one.
