Update: The Doc has decided to charge me $1500 rather than the $1000 we agreed upon. In his bochure it says the price for the fat protocol was $1000 and he hand wrote some mumbo jumbo which he verbally said would be free cellulite treatments. Now they are saying, no, I paid for 6 cellulite treatments at $1500 and the free ones were the front thinghs cause that would have been seperate. I am livid! They cannot explain then, why I was getting fat protocols each treatment as well... I would never, ever return to them for treatments of any kind now. Yes, the thighs look better and I say meso works. But for $1500 I would expect them to be fat free and they are not. So, steer clear of Florida Medical Center in Wesley Chapel, Florida, folks.

MHO, if you can charge for fat removal...you can charge some dental visits. Bad teeth are a health risk!

I agree with Missi, TT has been seeking some advice because subcontract has not been uttered out of her mouth before. Too bad the PMs don't exactly show it that way- as her being a subcontract person- that is.

The M&J show paid for Tippy Toes to be there. I am not sure how much she could have spent eating and activities, but it would be a business expense I would imagine. Now Susan, don't you realize that no one and nothing is more important to her than she is? Spending fifteen hundred smackers on fat reduction injections is a much higher priority than teeth for her DH. He's probably learned how to gum his food by now.

"Subcontractor" is probably what she was..I'm sure Kimmer didn't pay her taxes, so TT would be liable for those...But, "self-employed" is probably a better term. My brotherinlaw is a carpenter and works for a company, but he is self-employed. You have
to furnish your own tools, etc...if you are self-employed. Now TT is unemployed..

If she makes it so it was subcontracted, she wasn't as INVESTED in the business hence limited liability. If she was in fact an EMPLOYEE that's also as stated before an accessory after the fact. I am most certain she's been talking to a lawyer, or paying attention to our posts

Not really...it kind of gives me the creeps to think she worries that much about one incident on our thread. I would think she has better things to worry about since she went to work along side of Kimmer knowing full well what was happening there.

After all...I knew what was makin me fat and I did post regularly with my pals on Banta (especially Beckster) about not feeling good on Banta with the high fat cuz I felt it was making my insulin spike- which it did. I knew that from my friend KastaDiva who gave me some related info about some hyperinsulinemic people having problems with fat fasts cuz it made them have insulin spikes. But I still
