I don't know if this has been answered yet but no. Heidi's estate would be responsible, if there was anything in it after her death but her heirs personal assets would be safe. Now the IRS would get paid first if there was anything there. I only know this because we had to deal with a rather large tax bill after a family member died - who hadn't paid their taxes in 9 or 10 years. Seriously, the IRS would send a nasty letter every few years and a large check would go out and it would appease them for a few years. It has taken almost 4 years to settle the estate because of the mess (try filing back taxes for someone who didn't keep records) but none of the children were held personally responsible for the debt.

LOL, easter? I'm pretty sure that's my department. Easter. Being a bunny and all.

I'm north sound, up in Everett. Nice area, easy access to just about anywhere. Well except grandma's house right now because she lives below Chehalis.

I live on the Kitsap Peninsula. It got hit pretty hard in spots, but no problems in my immediate neighborhood. Chico Creek Bridge got wiped out. Saturday, just before the snow started, I picked up my computer from a repairman who lives right where that bridge is. Dodged a bullet on that one!

Used to drive through your town on my way south from Port Townsend. Saturday we lucked out and the bunny boy's group got out just as the wind and snow hit. We went straight home and didn't pass go for two days. We prefer the snow to stay on the mountains where it belongs.

I've seen pictures of the flood mess in Kitsap, ugly stuff. I was amazed at Chico in Silverdale, that isn't too low sitting of a road.

So i typed in Kimmer in the search engine. Imagine my HORROR!!!!!!!!!!!..So, I spent ALL of Tuesday evening, into the wee hours of the morning, reading about the scandal involving Kimmer, Heidi Diaz,Liar!!!!..I can't remember a time when I was ever so shocked, appalled, betrayed..This woman, who I idolized for her wisdom and perserverance and determination turns out to be a complete fraud...Words can not even express how I felt reading it all and seeing the REAL pics of her with my own eyes. I can only imagine how those of you who followed her to the Kimkins website and paid money to be members must have felt. Or how those of you who so diligently followed every word she said and starved yourselves only to find out that she was some morbidly obese woman that ate whatever she felt like, must have felt. It reminds me of the Wizard in "The Wiz". Everyone pictured him to be this great person and he turned out to be a fraud!!...This has for certain taught me a very valuable lesson about life in general. Ladies(and gentlemen), we CANNOT look to another HUMAN BEING for our hope, motivation and inspiration because HUMAN BEINGS can and WILL let you down every time. We have to look within ourselves to become motivated and inspired to want to be the very best person we can be. Sure it is great to seek and get advice and to have a great board like LCF to interact with others and get support from one another. But, I will never again put all my hope and trust in one HUMAN to guide and direct me on what to do with my life and my health. Heartbroken can't even describe the way that I feel right now. I hope and pray that Heidi Diaz gets what is coming to her. And that she never again gets the opportunity to hurt innocent people!!!.......Thank you all for allowing me to vent. I wish you much success and happy low-carbing in 2008
Thank you for stopping in and then sharing your story. It is a hard lesson learned isn't it? But we all move forward knowing what we know now and by sharing our stories we will hopefully help the next person. Stick around and good luck with your new journey.

My eating issues are worse now than they have been in my life and I am afraid to hope that I can overcome them. Still trying.
I think that is exactly why so many were upset over the pictures; besides outing her as being a fraud, it showed that she was one who struggled with her weight. As an obese person- she had to know about the pain we suffer and added to the humiliation, that she knows overweight people struggle with, by belittling them with her words on the boards. To some people that was more hurtful and appalling than the fraud itself.

Anyone ever hear of "Kimkins Tea" before?

Kimkins Tea | Kimkins

"Alfred (whoever he is) is (allegedly) an expert in kimkins tea for over 20 years." (Amazing that it's been around that long, eh?)

"Kimkins Tea" is apparently helpful with the

No. I only wish I was that talented! Someone sent it to me long ago, and it always make me laugh. I ran across it today while doing some computer "housecleaning," and I thought the members of the Duck Squad might get a kick out of it.

I think some of my anger towards Kimmer/Heidi is I was such an enthusiastic poster over there on KK. Starving works and by golly I was thrilled it was so easy. When she was exposed, I wanted to kick my own hiney clear to China and wish I could ERASE all my posts. Gosh darn it.

Welcome to a neat bunch of people Tanya.

Same here, I was amazed at how easy it was... I could drop weight fast I felt great until after a couple months... It wasn't worth it. sure now I am losing slower, but I am going to do it right. No more 800 calorie days... noway!!! Minimum of 1200 for me. So what I am not losing 10-12lbs a month, but I am losing...

Tanner, your avatar is HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!......that is exactly what she needs jail!!!...And I hope she lands there very soon. I am so amazed at how all of you have banned together to help one another get through this ultimate betrayal. What an awesome bunch of people. I thank everyone for your welcomes and kind spirits. Keep getting the word out about this fraud. Let's never let it die till justice is finally served. It's so appalling how ONE individual has had such a negative impact on so many innocent people's lives. I definitely think we all have come out of this smarter and wiser. As far as the verbal abuse as a child, I definitely can relate to that. My father is a Vietnam Veteran and growing up, he had undiagnosed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD). He made mine and my sister's childhood absolutely miserable with his constant mood swings, cursing episodes and physical abuse towards our mother. Most of my childhood was spent breaking up fights between my parents and hiding kitchen knives so they wouldn't kill one another. So, of course, I turned to food for comfort. My teenage years were better because we moved to where my loving, Christian grandmother lived. I became very active in sports in junior high, high school and college and was able to maintain a decent body weight. Once into adulthood, I started experiencing so many of life's heartaches and disappointments. So, I turned to food once again for comfort. I am so ready to find a different comfort than food. This board definitely helps with that. You all keep up the good work of making everyone feel so welcomed and cared for.

Ran across this just now. It is sooooooo funny reading back on some of these lies. I now wonder about her FitDay journal. Was she just making up menus as she went along or stealing from somebody else's journal that was really eating that way all while she sat at her computer and stuffed her face with whatever she pleased???...I bet she was laughing her head off at all of us

I haven't been able to keep up with the thread, but anyone check out Kimmer's new stats?

317Start

308Week 2

294Week 3

289Week 4

287Week 5

286Week 6

What's going on? I thought Kimkins made you lose 10+ lbs per week, with NO STALLING. Hmm, wonder if she's eating only a jello cup full of veggies and lean protein at dinner? Shouldn't she be at 240lbs already?

I saw the deposition video. That woman is over 300+ now!
