Bama: Interesting post on the "personality disorder"..and does sound like Heidi in many of those behaviors that are listed. When she came back meek and mild, now she is like a raging bull...maybe she has a touch of bipolar. I'm NO dr., but does up and down behavior
is probably part of the mental illness. Did she say she was stopping a medication?

someone copied a post of hers saying that a new med she is on was causing weight gain so she stopped it----Bipolar meds are notorious for causing weight gain---some even cause drug induced diabetes....

Anyway as for checks, those may continue to roll in. Or she could be trying to cash them through a third party, like her son, whom she has not hesitated to involve in her crimes. Eventually, the feds will get her for Mail Fraud because of the checks requested & received by US mail.

I have no doubt that she has hidden funds which have NOT been attached, and I would not worry about her well-being for one second. She has cut her expenses way down by firing all her paid staff, and her internet service, and her fraudulent website, are apparently still up and running JUST FINE.

THANK YOU for answering that!! I really wondered, and I agree that she probably has some money hidden. I am scratching my head though as I wonder why she didn't hide ALL of it. I guess, there again, she thought she was so much smarter.

Too bad the courts don't have a way to monitor any current and future income to make sure she isn't pocketing that money.

Hope the feds do go after her, but I suspect, if they do, it isn't something we will hear anything about. Although with HoneyBee on the case, if there's a way to find out about those kinds of things, she will find it.

then don't forget Hector is petitioning to have the spousal support cut off---that hearing is the 18th....she has to put in a financial statement for that....

To Amy (and her forum) and LCF too-I really don't quite understand the hostility about the "drama" and the shadow on the LCF fascination thread. This is the thread that FINALLY brought about the inevitable end to the Kimpire. I don't know but to me that (no matter what) those that fled the Kimpound ought to be grateful for the posters here that had the foresight and gumption to bring it all to an end, to see it all the way through. Seems like all together should be celebrating rather than getting into "who dissed who and when (haters who hate, etc) "... Good stuff has come from these threads...and those at Amy's should be just a little grateful that at least SOMEBODY stood up to Kimmer and Tippy. Hmmm...Thats why Becky, Christen and Deni are revered here..They stood up to the bully....

Will be joining the suit, very soon I'm sure, as I feel my little side project will soon give me the boot.

I had to get some screen shots for personal purposes, and I think I'm covered.

Just waiting for the wave to hit now.

Gained back some, but still at an ok weight. I'm a foodie, so it's all or nothing for me.

I was doing a lot more exercise before the cold hit, that makes a HUGE difference for me.

When I went off plan I lost a good amount of hair. Today was funny - passing a mirror in the hallway and there is just over 1/2 inch of small hairs sticking out alfalfa style on top of my head.

You are correct, and I think that many conveniently forget how Kimmer treated people when she was here. People don't forget her hurtful comments that quickly.

Last post tonight before beddybyes. Why didn't Heidi hide her money before the law came calling? We'll never know, other than from sleuthing over on KK reveals she really thought she was untouchable. I mean, we gave her enough info about the lawsuit forming that she should have taken the hint! I don't think the whole $1.6 million has been attached yet, but if the intent were to shut her down to avoid serious health damage to new subscribers, it seems to be working. She's likely spent just over half a million buying house, cars, on wages and - oh yes - sugar cookies. Whatever was in her bank accounts and Paypal at the time was frozen. It doesn't mean the whole amount was still in there. Darn, I'd like a peek under her mattress!
The cheques coming in are problematical. The feds haven't gotten on her case yet, AFAIK, so she can continue to receive and cash funds beyond the reach of the lawyer firm handling her assets. But with her unrestrained banning of people for even asking about TT and AmyB, I suspect she's just as apt to post a totally explosive and nasty selfserving rant about how "haters" have destroyed her little fiefdom, and she's having to shut down, not even able to rescue her supporters by refunding what those "haters'" lawyers have seized. Poor Heidi - she's now destitute and could anybody spare her a dollar or two? Then she's off, only to spring up under a new name elsewhere.

I sure wish I had some alfalfa style hair. Mine fell out too, after leaving KK's. I lost nearly 70 pounds. I haven't gained any back, but I haven't really lost any either. I was feeling good about the "hair" thing after reading about everybody else's and then, all of a sudden, I'm thinking I might need a wig for a while. It just makes me sick because no matter how fat I was, I could always depend on my hair. I never had a bad hair day. Boy, if I could just get a good handful of that expensive wig of Heidi's!

But as a general statement- Unless one read the thread there or the posts then to assume any of us/duck/LCF were acting in any way out of line to me is.. well, upsetting.
I am not saying that Amy is lying, but I am saying that one's definition of drama seeker, pot stirrer, or trouble maker, or whatever-may not be the same as yours. But then again it could be, but without reading the posts it would be difficult to say.

I think the term "trouble" is subjective in this case. Trouble for Tippy? Well yes because she was shown as deceiving person yet again.
Trouble for Amy's board? Well, some members there were upset, but upset that TT was there amongst them. I imagine some were upset, because of the fear that people were going to be "haters" and one "non-new" member seemed more upset over us being there in general.

But like I said to Amy, I thought her prior post here on the situation was portraying it as -we/ducks/LCF came in and caused all this drama at her board. I don't feel the posts that I read from us/ducks/LCF were on that level at all, nor were there that many posts from us that I could see. Again, if I missed something please someone pm me or let me know and I will concede.

I don't doubt that Amy felt drama trying to decide what to do with the given situation that she found herself in with her board. But to be honest the drama was caused by Tippy being there pretending to be a Kimkins refugee! I think the situation was the drama not our behavior.

One option of how the situation could have been avoided is- if I hadn't notified anyone here and if we would have not said anything about TT lying over there on the boards. That is a given I realize that and for some that is a viable option for them.
But other options would be-
-TT had been honest and said up front who she was
-Amy would have made TT to immediately post who she was when TT pm'd her
-If TT would have been banned immediately once her identity was known to Amy.
If the part of the perceived drama is the number of new members signing up, since it was mentioned as a negative, then the option of not having members sign-up to read the boards may be another option.

I just got the feeling that, not just me really, but we/ducks/lcf were the Sacrificial lamb for the negative situation that TT being at Amy's board caused and that just didn't sit right with me.
Again, Amy I can empathize with the situation that you had yourself in, but I thought your initial post earlier this afternoon gave an incorrect impression of what "the ducks" had actually done at your board.

If anyone is interested in what I posted over there I would be happy to share them here. I do plan on putting my posts on my blog since the thread was deleted.
