I'm oversimplifying this but basically until the judge granted the writ of attachment, Heidi could do whatever she wanted with the money. I don't remember the timeline exactly but her payment to the IRS came prior to the attachment. Now, in compliance with the judge's order, no one can touch the $1.6 million (I think that's the total).

The drug dealer analogy doesn't apply here because that's a criminal proceeding. Heidi is in the middle of civil litigation right now. Whether she will face criminal charges in the future is still up in the air.

Hey guys... I use to be a regular member here in 03/04. I posted often and lost a lot of weight following Atkins. Kimmer was a fixture here on these boards back then and I was always skeptical of her, even then. People always had issues with her plan and rightfully so. I always thought it was a dangerous. I remember how she always said it wasn't necessary to drink water and that all she ever drank was diet soda.

Anyway... Although i'm no longer a regular poster, heck this is my first post in probably 2 years... I am an occasional lurker. I check in every coupla months to see what's going on... check in on the progress of some old "friends", etc. Well, I checked in yesterday, after several months, and came across this whole Kimmer controversy. I was floored. I was up until 3:30am reading post after post, blog after blog and literally ROFLMAO at the PI photos of Hidey Diaz. (I'm still waiting for the photos to appear of Hidey at her PC, sans wig, big chubby sausage fingers wrapped around a sugar cookie, stuffing it between her big chubby cheeks). Man. This is just awesome. Not that so many people have been conned by this woman, but that the real "kimmer" has been exposed!

I've only read a fraction of the material out there... as time permits, I'll continue reading. It's good material, afterall.

So... Hello to all my old LCers and Hello to those I've never met. I'll be lurking and maybe posting more often.

I do have one question... What is up with all the ducks???

Hey good to see you! You are still looking great in your avatar. Is that current? You might not remember me but I always followed your weight loss as you did so well! I lost all my weight by 2004 and then really goofed up and regained plus 5. Now I am on my way back down.

I am with you, I never believed Kimmer back in the day and it is great to see we were right to be skeptical! Keep posting to let us know how you are.

..From reading on here for the last 4 or 5 months, apprently Kimmer was skeptical of anyone on her thread using a duck avatar as there is a blog from a "Ducky", and its all about her and her lies, so the ladies on here thought they would "help" Kimmer and use Ducky avatars..

Hi and welcome back to the boards and welcome to the "fascination threads"
The Ducks are to annoy Kimmer. She didn't care for the blog run by "Ducky" because it was good at exposing things she didn't want exposed.
Kimmer then made the comment in a pm that she was suspicious of those who had duck avatars, so to aid in her paranoia many became the "duck Squad"

the link back is a good way to increase your rankings in the search engines

but more important in my opinion is the fact it also increases the rank of the content of what you are linking to

it really gives more credibility to what is being said

google Kimkins and of course the main site shows up but so do many of the anti-kimkins sites/blogs/this thread

you still have a boat load of pro-KK sites showing up but they are decreasing down the ranks
