I really don't think so - she quickly purchased that house and auto prior to the lawsuit to hide her money. Under those circumstances nothing is safe IMHO. Maybe one of our legal experts on the site can clarify that for us.

Did Jimmy or anybody check with the university to be sure she is real? not to cast dispersions on this person's character but we had a fake "student" ask to interview folk on another forum I used to belong to. She got busted when she did have a basic knowlegde of the material she said she was writing her thesis on.

I did lose weight with Kimkims but do not like to be lied to. I also purchased Amy's cookbooks. I liked her. Is she still around? I'll check out lowcarb friends, WHICH is where I should of started in the first place. WOW..heidi dose not look at all what I thought...to much! Im down 45 pounds and want to keep it off and remain healthy.
