Ok, there is another broadcast going out at 7pm eastern time, and the show is at 830est.

You can unsubscribe to this list at anytime, but I promise you, I will not be filling your mailboxes up with crap as I hate that terribly myself.

It is just a good way to contact everyone at once, and not be looking for which page on the thread had the date/time/etc.

The LCF are on a special page, that will only get info concerning this thread on a "don't miss this, it's really important basis."

I don't have time to write up autoresponders and broadcasts all day, as I am too busy editing goofy pictures for your entertainment.

If HoneyBee or someone needs to send an important message to alert everyone immediately of a crisis, she can send it to me and I can send out a broadcast.

In the meantime, a journalism student from the University of Southern California has been so intrigued by the Kimkins controversy story that she has decided to do her final project of the Fall semester on it. Her name is Alexandra Houck and she needs your help whether you are a former or even a current members of the Kimkins web site.

Especially if you live in or around the Los Angeles, CA area (although it doesn't really matter what part of the country you live in), then Alexandra would like to interview you about your experience on Kimkins. If you left or were banned from Kimkins, then share with Alexandra about what happened. Or if you are still on Kimkins despite the controversy around the scam that Heidi Diaz has admitted to doing, then she would like to know why.

Time is of the essence since her project is due on Monday. Please e-mail Alexandra Houck at ahouck@usc.edu no later than Friday, December 7, 2007 if you would like to participate. ONLY SERIOUS RESPONSES PLEASE!

So far, she has an interview set up with a representative from the Better Business Bureau as well the woman bringing the lawsuit against Heidi Diaz. Help out this college student so she can put together an investigative report about Kimkins for her class project. - Three prominent admins at Kimkins--Christin, Deni, and Becky--pull their support for the program because of evasive answers by the founder of the diet
- Former Woman's World magazine cover girl Christin Sherburne admits having health problems from being on the Kimkins diet

OCTOBER 2007:
- KTLA-TV in Los Angeles airs first television examination of the Kimkins controversy
- The Better Business Bureau lowered their rating of Kimkins to an "F"

NOVEMBER 2007:
- Kimmer (Heidi Diaz) appears in a courtroom answering questions about her diet scam

Still trying to catch up here and get to the radio blog in 25 min but I need to chim in here. It was me who asked about the IP address and her husband's logon. If I offended anyone I'm sorry. My intention was to try to keep track of TT due to the fact that her comments at Amy's were not factual and yes, I think she will be moving around the web and maybe starting another similar KK site so I think she needs to be watched. Sorry. It was just a suggestions to see if we could figure out how to find her if she did.

Now if she joins the lawsuit, great...we need all the help we can get and I'd be willing to give her a little slack for that.
