I just wanted you to know my motives. However, my deep and undying admiration for you makes it impossible for me to disagree with other things you have said. Of course we don't want to make this harder on you and the lawsuit. So if there is something we have done that will hamper your results, girl pm me. You know I can and do take directions well



Ok I lost service for the last 1.5 days so I never saw anything re: tracking her ip address around the internet or looking for her husbands login. All I can say to this is: If the ip address was mentioned I can only hope it was in an effort to prevent what I mentioned above. Nessa, I know you of all people know that Heidi is a lying liar who lies. Our issue currently is we think Tippy is too. And for that reason believe this may just be her way of starting up another diet site, which Heidi will fund, and come in on when the legal issues with Kimkins is over. While most will say "who cares." I for one do. Because lets think about this, while Tippy could be the person who starts it up, ultimately she will not be the person who runs it,and therefore, again, there's a site out there giving kudos to a person for drinking 32 oz of chicken broth as a quick way to lose weight.

Becky and Jeanessa, I totally agree with you that this thread has lost it's way sometimes, and I have to say at times, that's a lot of fun. There has been a lot of stuff uncovered by the shenanigans on this board and I would hate to feel like we were hurting innocent people in the process. That is not our intention. But Tippy wasn't innocent since she went over there knowing the issues at hand. Also she went on tv, PLANNING on LYING. That in and of itself tells us that she is not to be trusted.

I hope you all know I say all of that with the utmost respect and sincerity. I mean no disrespect at all. I just think you guys may have missed Tippy's original post at Amy's site, and if it's riddled with lies, it has to be addressed. Sorry for the rant. Carry on.

Firstly, I love and respect you to the UTMOST, you know that, girl.

I know all about Tippy's lies and all about the plans to start another site. I think its pretty safe to say that I know more about that than many of you because I have access to details that the general public does not. And I do agree that we should keep an eye on things and try to prevent these parties from perpetuating this same fraud again.

I can't go as far as Becky has (although, I admire her forgiving nature) and say that I understand a single thing about the way that TT is acting/has acted. I think that she is self-serving to the extreme and doubt that a day will come when I don't think that, but, fortunately for us all, I am not her judge or jury. I am just a face in the crowd to her as she is to me.

The fact of the matter is, I refuse to act in away that is disrespectful to who I am as a person and I refuse to stand by and let it be stated unchecked that we should track people's IP's and/or perform other questionable acts. The ends does not justify the means, in my opinion.

That being said, 'cause I'm about done with this subject, don't censor yourselves on my account. But do know that when I hear nonsense and I'm associated with it in any way, I'm going to voice my opinion. I wouldn't be me if I didn't.

I know that normally we see a tide shift in threads where if one person posts how we should not discuss this person or that person, or how we should stick to kimmer....then the next thing you know we are again discussing the value of the thread and whether it should be allowed or whether we are all just mean, terrible people gossiping.
My intent was to say-that if the thread goes back to TT and her actions it may be in part due to members bringing up or responding to old posts, so if that happens and I or others respond then it is not us attempting to still begrudge TT. It is still dealing with the fall-out of recent events and making sure the facts are correct. So if it happens I was saying this all in advance in a way to head off any potential discussion of how "we should be living her alone" or that the "thread doesn't have any value".
I don't know if this makes sense or not I don't have time to edit I am out the door I will check in later and respond .

Sometimes I get sidetracked, and will skip ahead on this forum, as it is so saturated with information.

I honestly have not read these threads from the beginning straight through.

My New years resolution includes reading the Fascination Thread from head to tail, and perhaps creating another time-line. One devoted to events and revelations brought on this thread.

I also think, should this all come to an end, which is the ultimate goal, that this should not be the end of the detectives. I'm sure there are a boat load more scams which need to be investigated.

You gals and guys are on such a roll here, and now have so much good knowledge. Would love to see it pushed to it's highest potential

If we would have stopped digging threads ago... where would we be? We were told then that we were "crossing the line".

No, IP's won't help at all, but OUR job is not done yet. We have been told by so many to focus on Heidi so her site will be brought down. We are darn it, there is more to Kimkins than just Heidi Diaz.

Please, don't put words in my mouth. I am not telling anybody to stop digging or anything like that. Nor have I implied that anybody's job is done because that is not the case.

Yes, there is more to Kimkins than Heidi Diaz. More than you know. But fundamentally, Kimkins is Heidi Diaz and that is my focus.

But again, I will not have my name (my real name, by the way) or my actions contributed to nonsense...and some of this is nonsense. Not all of it.

I'm calling it like I see it. I'm sorry if it doesn't fit the mold, but again, I am not the type of person to sit idly by when I see something that's not right. And trying to monitor an adult stranger's Internet usage crosses the line to wrong for me. And sitting around and watching our efforts devolve into that just does not sit right with me.

Talk about TT all you want, put her in front of the judge, that's fine. But she deserves common privacy. She's done with Kimkins and I'm done with her. Is John Tiedt done with her? I don't know.
