If the deposition transcript/video deposition is filed with the court, then it will be available to the public. The timing of that is entirely up to Plantiffs' attorney. Whether or not the court scans the file and uploads it, is another question.

Also, with regard to KTLA airing clips of the video. There's no problem with doing that because the court has not ordered the parties to not discuss the case publicly. i.e., there's no "gag" order here.

Ummmmm, no. It was a real "Kim" who is a certified athletic trainer. She posted a lot in the earlier fascination threads, but I haven't seen her for a while.

LOL, no...KimATC was the athletic trainer who was at Kimkins for a time. She posts in this thread now and has come over to the duck side.

I remember him... I forget for sure, but he was in Germany, I THINK. I could be wrong, it's been so long ago, but he was in another country...

Actually - Kim posts here quite regularly. She really paid her dues when she was "outed" by Ducky as being one of the "in" people at Kimkins....she was duped like all of us, and took the deception very hard. Kim is very proud (rightly so) of her credentials, worked hard to debunk Dr Mark (or whatever he should have been called) and the fitness guruu.
She is definately on our side, and would be crushed to think we think she was on the "dark side".

I don't get around here much outside of this thread usually, all I know is she is not a frequent poster in this thread at this time.

None of us mean any harm to Kim, just trying to explain the involved screen names when the questions arise.
