No, Brian's picture is the same as last week, but different from the first "in progress" picture. There is no way I could forget those shorts(?)

I would assume that it maybe because you can only withdraw in small amounts to avoid triggering your government, something to do with anti-terrorism laws. I can't remember the exact amount it is right now (half asleep here lol) but it is not very large. If you withdraw more then this amount then the government is alerted. So I would assume she has been trying to careful with that.

Why she thinks anybody would believe one word she says is beyond me - especially when she's self-reporting her weight. Pretty crappy track record for honesty there. Goes without saying - same is true for any photo she would post. I doubt very seriously if she's on any diet at all. She's probably pretending now just like she was pretending for all those months she hoodwinked LCFers into thinking she was eating as self-reported in her Fitday page and maintaining that svelte 118 lbs.

I have seen them on forums, but not a bunch of forums. It would be a valuable Duck tool, however.

On the deposition thing..I think Becky has mentioned that it will be available to the plaintiffs. I'm sure that John released the portion of tape that he wanted all of us to see..It was great,wasn't it? I might be wrong about the deposition, but that's what Becky said..and I believe her.

I noticed that on the day of the deposition, Heidi claimed to have eaten a salad with ranch dressing for lunch. Even though I'd doubt that is what she ate, I do not see how she can have the nerve to even post that considering that she has preached to people for more than a year to eat your salad with Wishbone Spritzers.

Dunno, but it's in regard to a Good Morning America segment that featured Dr. Oz. If you caught the Larry King Live with Gary Taubes, Dr. Oz was on there as well...not too sure he'd mind being associated with a low fat diet, but I am sure he'd never endorse a scam. I just don't think the page says that Dr. Oz endorses Kimkins, though having his photo on there is suggestive I'd think.

Hi Carolyn- I don't think most are questioning the fact that John or those listed as plaintiffs on the class action lawsuit will have a copy of the deposition, if they don't already.

I think the question is more of, when is it available for public review. In other words, when can we post the transcript of a link to the deposition? and/or view the video deposition in its entirety?

Unfortunately, the statues of California regarding civil proceeding is as much fun to read as some of the organic chemistry structures from college labs.
So I have been reading them on this gloomy Sunday and trying not to doze off...LOL

It would be a lot easier if there was a statue that started with "In regards to posting on a Low carb forum"...
