Anyway, I can use the links to the blogs for my emails, but I just had another idea. Let's put together all the links that we know this picture is posted on, and get to work eliminating them too! What do you all think? (Of course, we'll be sure someone gets screen shots before the pictures go down.)

Where else are the lawn chair pictures posted?

For that matter, where else are the lady in red pictures posted and the leopard print blouse pictures?

from what I gathered from the divorce/custody case records---both Heid/Hector are on disability---but California uses a formula according to who has the most income

hope Hector gets some back pay......

Thank you for these links, Bama! I'm definitely going to include those in the emails to the television stations.

Maybe someone who has a MySpace page can also post the link to Bama's or Medusa's page about the picture? That would certainly be another avenue to get the word out.

As you can see, I've already added a link to my signature here.

I've also emailed a couple of friends in the low carb realm to see if we can enlist some of their help too. (Keeping fingers crossed.) The more places we ask this question, the more likely we are to find an answer. So, ask on any of the other bulletin boards you are on, or any other mailing lists you subscribe to, especially those outside the low carb world.

LCF found the sources for the other pictures, we surely can find one more!

Aww, yay! I'm so glad it's done. I wrote to them a couple of times, reporting the author for fraud. I wish I'd copied what I sent. They ask:

Please report this author if you suspect they are involved in any fraudulent practices or you think he/she has violated our Editorial Guidelines or Author's Terms of Service.

Something along the lines of... "I don't suspect this author of fraud, I KNOW she's a fraud."

But as a general statement- Unless one read the thread there or the posts then to assume any of us/duck/LCF were acting in any way out of line to me is.. well, upsetting.
I am not saying that Amy is lying, but I am saying that one's definition of drama seeker, pot stirrer, or trouble maker, or whatever-may not be the same as yours. But then again it could be, but without reading the posts it would be difficult to say.

I think the term "trouble" is subjective in this case. Trouble for Tippy? Well yes because she was shown as deceiving person yet again.
Trouble for Amy's board? Well, some members there were upset, but upset that TT was there amongst them. I imagine some were upset, because of the fear that people were going to be "haters" and one "non-new" member seemed more upset over us being there in general.

But like I said to Amy, I thought her prior post here on the situation was portraying it as -we/ducks/LCF came in and caused all this drama at her board. I don't feel the posts that I read from us/ducks/LCF were on that level at all, nor were there that many posts from us that I could see. Again, if I missed something please someone pm me or let me know and I will concede.

I don't doubt that Amy felt drama trying to decide what to do with the given situation that she found herself in with her board. But to be honest the drama was caused by Tippy being there pretending to be a Kimkins refugee! I think the situation was the drama not our behavior.

One option of how the situation could have been avoided is- if I hadn't notified anyone here and if we would have not said anything about TT lying over there on the boards. That is a given I realize that and for some that is a viable option for them.
But other options would be-
-TT had been honest and said up front who she was
-Amy would have made TT to immediately post who she was when TT pm'd her
-If TT would have been banned immediately once her identity was known to Amy.
If the part of the perceived drama is the number of new members signing up, since it was mentioned as a negative, then the option of not having members sign-up to read the boards may be another option.

I just got the feeling that, not just me really, but we/ducks/lcf were the Sacrificial lamb for the negative situation that TT being at Amy's board caused and that just didn't sit right with me.
Again, Amy I can empathize with the situation that you had yourself in, but I thought your initial post earlier this afternoon gave an incorrect impression of what "the ducks" had actually done at your board.

If anyone is interested in what I posted over there I would be happy to share them here. I do plan on putting my posts on my blog since the thread was deleted.

Honey I don't think you did anything wrong at all. This is why we are here. To uncover the truth. You found out where Tippy was and you let us know. The rest of the people posting on this issue agree that it was news we needed to know. And I'm going to stop apologizing for being interested in the fact that she was over there pretending everything was alright. You don't get to do that Tippy! You don't get to pretend since this whole group of ladies warned you.

Now that being said, I need to explain that I won't be on the rest of today, so make sure you pm me with stuff I need to know. My city was covered in ice yesterday and we were home bound till about an hour ago. Here's the funny thing. I'm at a place called Panera Bread, using their wifi, as they are about the only place that wasn't covered in ice. Strange, but true. But there is something very wrong about logging on to lcf from panera bread It's just funny that way Anyhew enjoy your day and stay warm!

Poking my head in--

Not sure if someone has already answered this (sorry for the repeat if so), but it was asked if Heidi's attny attended the deposition and if it was available to read--

Her attorney would have definitely attended. I've never heard of a depo in a civil case given without attorney present. And though those transcripts are public record, it won't be easy to find them. That said, you guys can find anything, so I fully expect to read it soon.

ETA: keep in mind also that it takes a good while for the deposition to be finalized and actually put into record. Let's say it was taken on a Tuesday. Well, it would be another couple of weeks before the court reporter sends it back. At that point each party has to read through the rough draft, and make any corrections in spelling or whatnot, and send back the errata sheets. Once the errata sheet corrections are incorporated only then is it really done and a final copy sent to the parties. It's an irritatingly slow process.

Bama, it could be. I posted about the ice storm last night and then, no power for a bit and ice everywhere. My 50 foot pine tree was drooping to the ground last night it was covered with ice. Bwah Anyhew, all is good and the kid is done eating now so we have to go home. Hopefully my internet will be working when some of this gunk melts. Talk to ya'll soon.

It doesn't have the lawn chair pic, but a lot of the other fake ones. Of course, this is clearly a Kimmer website, so no way of getting rid of it. Did you mean to list just the ones we might have a chance to influence?
