Ok, so we can contact the KTLA folks, the KVUE folks and especially The Morning Show folks at FOX. That would really get the word out.

Maybe if all the blogs also feature the "Who is this woman?" prominently with the picture we can get others to pick up on the search as well?

Do you know this woman? Does she know that Heidi Diaz has "borrowed" her likeness for profit?

Count me out, please. Taking down the Kimpire was our stated goal, one that I respected. Hounding people (other than, perhaps, Heidi) wherever they go on the Net is called harassment, invasion of privacy, and worse. LCF's legitimate beef is with Kimmer/Heidi, as she was a fraud who began here. Although Tippy needed a good smack, I think she just got one, not necessarily by members of this board, and I , for one, will ignore her. Heidi, however, seems to go from illegality to illegality, but I will let the law deal with her from henceforth. She had better not cross my path in future, though I don't yet know what I'd do.

I believe IP's are not static, TT or Heidi would have to have static IP's. Either way, I don't think it's possible to trace people by IP's.

Looks like I'll have a lot of work in front of me the next few weeks. I've got high-end video facility at my fingertips. There are some very creative ideas swirling around in my brain (or what's left of it) at this time.

I shot video of when I was losing weight, and I was completely out of my gourd. Could make for a good spoof commercial for kimkins that could be informative and entertaining.

Right now I just gotta gear up for this thing with Willie tomorrow.

I've got members on a list from months ago, and one of them thought is might be a technical glitch. I'm thinking..........no. But I will wait out the reply email and see if they reset my password.

I'm so glad I started that list, if for nothing else I was able to email them and bring awareness of what is going on. Some of them replied in complete shock. Some of them got their money back months ago. I was just glad I was able to do something. I warned them not to discuss things on the site or in pm's - that they would be at risk of getting banned. Told them to get their friends email addresses while they are in there.

Those eho haven't been inside Amy's site might believe it was clean of this discussion matter form Amy's post. those that have been inside know it hasn't. there is a topic in there discussing the Mand J show with a post copied from here with Kimmer's "confession" and discussing it. Some members of that site have been following and discussing this all along. Honey and the rest of the new to that site after it was reveled TT was there didn't infect that site. As long as folk effected by Kimkins are members there it will be there.

What we didn't see was those members of Amy's forum who for whatever reason did not "voice" their feeings in posts but instead PMed her their feelings about TT, the outing of her by an "outsider", and their feelings of betrayal that Amy knew and allowed her to be there regardless of how gracious Amy's intentions were.
