All you Austin Texas folks, tune in at 5:00 for the ABC local news..Christin will be on it talking about Kimmer/Kimkins..

Jessica: Kimmer was "deposed" by the attorney, November 12th. Not sure when the trial or whatever will be. Kimmer is back on her site telling how she HAD lost 100 pounds, BUT gained it all back because she was so busy with her website this summer.
Whatever..She claims to have weighed 3XX pounds, but is now on a diet to lose the weight before her May birthday.

Paula: What usually happens is that the story runs on the news channel in Texas, and then they put it on the web. If it is 5:00 in Texas, it will be 6:00 on the East Coast..Will let you know when it is on the net? Michigan is Central time, right?

It was chalked up to a bad marketing decision

No, the wheels of justice are very slow..I am sure the judge/jury whatever would find her guilty, but it has to go to trial..Takes a long time for this to happen..But, we will see..
