That's the sinister thing about this whole diet....Kimmer found out that getting your calories REALLY low with so few carbs MAKES YOU FEEL SICK. She built that entire diet/web site around NAUSEA. Im still ashamed I was too blind to see it back then.

Not only is the metabolism screwed but she calls a cup of low sodium broth, 32 oz...Wow!!! That's a ton of sodium. Even for stuff like Swanson's Natural Goodness broth. 570 mg of Sodium per cup. So she's eating over 2200 mg of sodium from just that serving of broth and I bet she's having more broth than that. With as low of cals as she is and that's seriously scary stuff!!!

I can't recall one person having less than distastrous results from her advice to slather on the highest percent Retin-A and get an over night, do it yourself, chemical peel! Everyone kept posting how awful their skin looked. Hope people didn't persist with that insane plan.

A leopard doesn't change it's spots. Remember Heidi and TT feel they have done nothing wrong, so why would they want to change. TT will start out slow then she will be back to her behind the scenes emails to get folks mad at each other while trying to come off being the good guy. It is who she is, she can't help herself, nor does she want to help herself. She has done no wrong, remember?

Heidi just loves a good con and that will never change. As people become useless to her then they are discarded.

TT some how ties ALL her self worth with the fact that she lost weight. What about being a good mom, a good wife, a good friend, just a plain good person? Perhaps losing weight is all she DOES have after all.

If you think there will not be repercussions from having TT on your website, think again.
Beware of the sneeky behind the scenes antics as they are sure to show up.
