Dangit. I need to say one more thing. And I hope this is not taken out of context. But Amy, because you have an entire fan base here, we are kind of asking questions behind the scenes so as not to bother you. However one thing that keeps getting repeated is, "Look what Tippy did to Tom when she caused all the problem over here." Posting all that don't order from Netrition hoopla. We just want to make sure that you are watching your back for the same type of abandon ship mentality. And this comes from nothing but utter respect for you! I mean that!

Ok, TT is asking how to reintroduce foods after kimkins? It sounds like she knew of the problems we told her about all along and was just pretending they weren't issues in order to justify staying at kimkins.

The likelihood that a pyschic line customer could have gotten her number is very slim, when I did this I had to log my phone into a switchboard and the calls were routed anymomously. The switchboard tracked the time and how much to pay me. So even if SL gave out personal information, it would be hard for her to track time and get paid. Which is the only reason I did it. (Did you know small children require THREE meals a day? Little parasites anyway.)

Yes, My mistake I got down to 232, I keep typing 132...I guess my mind has not wrapped around the fact that I'm so big. I enjoyed WW, the problem is that you can eat anything...as long as you count the points...I can't remember how many points I had but if you eat that many points in hoho's it is going to add up. I did not gain and actually only lost 2lbs on the plan. But the strangest thing happened even though I did not gain on the scale my waist went from a 44" waist to a 50" waist in a matter of two weeks. I dumped the plan, it is just not for me right now. I too may go back to it once I'm at goal...but first I have to get there. If anybody needs the information on the diet I have it all.

So you are in the same boat as I am...the exercise excuse. Tomorrow 12/1 is my rededication to exercise. I have to get this weight off and I do love exercise...I really do, I just can't seem to get going for more than a couple of days. But in December I am going to force myself rather I like it or not. I have quite a bit to get off. I want to be down 31 lbs by January 1st. I am going to be VERY STRICT on this woe until the first and see where it gets me. That with exercise should allow me to hit my goal. Needless to say my next goal will be 199

BTW the problem with the Progresso soups is the sodium...they are 0 points and very good but the sodium makes you blow up like a balloon and you don't see the loss...so for every positive there is a negative.

My dh is here to pick me up (work). I will write more later tonight.

Not only that but the nastiness will follow wherever she goes. I am not a member of your forum but I am wondering if she has made any kind of apology in any meaningful context for the damage she did and the perpetuation of a known fraud? It hurt the low carb world greatly.

There can be no negative posts with regard to Tippy, but Osuzana, YES I SAID IT can mouth off at every turn. Let me just say this. I remember you darling. I remember you were the sharp tounged little minx that mouthed off to the 14 yr old and it seems you are still the same. Pleasant. Sorry, but you see, the comments made over there were directed at LCF, not the fascination thread. And while there are thousands of threads over here that have nothing to do with Tippy or Kimkins or anything negative, they are being dragged through the mud. Why? Is it because this thread, this FASCINATION WITH KIMMER thread bothers you. Again you shouldn't read it. (this is to osuz)

However I went to that site today for two reasons. 1. I really have been meaning to, because I enjoy Amy. 2. I wanted to see if Tippy had really gone flippy. And do you know what I found upon intering the welcome thread. Several ugly comments about a place I enjoy being. Not the fascination thread, the lcf website. I felt victimized. Really and truly did. I mean, I've never me Osuz, nor do I want to. She must be lonely. It's all I can think of. Well at least that's what she said about our negativity. Whatever.

Amy I still applaud your heart. And I think you are a wonderful person. And I think there are many wonderful people on your forum. However I think you should know there are MANY of your members upset that Tippy is there. They think she's gonna bring about the ugliness that she's displayed elsewhere. And well, let's face it, Osuz has that market cornered already. Sorry for the rant and the vent. But that was just so utterly disturbing.

Ummmm........I used the screen name there as HoneyBee and I posted about the fact that TT was over there here at LCF. Maybe that was her big clues to figure us out.

IMO, that's just more of the same deceptiveness. and disregard for others we've seen from her before. She's now among people she hurt, banned, mocked, lied to, etc and not even an apology. I have a lot of respect for Amy. I've watched her videos, read her on KK and joined her site in Sept. But, I worry about TT being allowed into the middle of a place that's been a well loved refuge for many ex-KK members.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to tell Amy what to do, or start any trouble. It's Amy's call, it's her site. I'm just saying that if I was posting there and called it home I'd be hurt, very upset, and not be feeling cozy anymore. It's nice of her to extend a welcome despite TT's actions but I hope it doesn't cause some to feel uncomfortable in their new home, or go badly for some that may not feel comfortable speaking out about it. Like I said, this is jmo.

You forgot her big posting spree back in September about how we were all just fat and lonely and pathetic, and then 2 mos later saying that she was leaving kk for good cuz of the fraud. Erm, wth? Look I'm all for eating crow, and if you look hard enough you will find posts on here where I actually apologized for getting things wrong. But when the biggest mouth on the site is the person who chastised a 14 yr old girl, well, sorry but I don't like that big mouth!

At MRSM Sorry but that's too late btw. I'm already getting emails from people saying they are upset. And that's the truth. While people understand that there is a person with a big heart trying to do the right thing. Fawn didn't post that about TT going over to Amy's forum- Sorry for the confusion- It was another member and normally member's screen names don't even come up when you cut n paste, so it doesn't make sense that "agentlefawn2001" came up when I copied the post?
