First. All the police department info & contact numbers are right out there in public at the city’s website & you damn well know it.

Second. The sergeant’s info & phone numbers were given freely by the sergeant himself to our source with full knowledge that our source is a reporter for various online weightloss news blogs — we have the emails, we know for a fact that she disclosed her i.d. & objective right up front in all correspondence with both officers.

The Sgt. promptly & willingly told our source all the contact info — his own as well as the department’s – & made it known clearly that he is willing/available to answer any questions about the name scan that he or someone in the department ran on the department’s computers.

That name scan was run on your name. The name you yourself posted in various locations on the internet including the online copies of press releases from the Kimkins-diet-sized handful of college & community theatre department productions of various ear-splitting & shoestring-budgeted operatic exertions.

Third. We didn’t have to remove the Sgt.’s info, the police dept’s info, or any other info. Our source asked the Lieutenant if she might have permission to quote something else he said in one of his emails earlier today about something (bet you’d like to know what it was) & that’s when the Lieutenant (not the Sergeant) backed off & said — and this is a direct quote — “If you feel its applicable, my email is public record. I’m hesitant to get the ********* ***** Department involved in a situation we are unfamiliar with and/or does not directly involve us or potentially our community.”

Fourth. Nobody we know of here or on the other blogs or boards, not us, not our source, nobody, has harrassed any police officers. & to the best of our knowledge our source has been the only one in contact with those officers in that police department & in that city during the past couple of days.

Our source asked them to look into your allegations. They replied helpfully, promptly & graciously. Less than a dozen emails constitute the entirety of the exchange. Information about & answers to all questions put to the officers was provided.

But interestingly, when the Lieutenant was informed of the extent of the scandal & was asked for permission to quote something he had told our source, that’s when he made the statement (quoted above, in full) about being hesitant to get his department involved in a situation they know nothing about.

Our source in good faith asked us to honor the Lt.’s hesitancy by removing the names & contact info the lieutenant and his sergeant had earlier been so freely willing to provide, as well as the name of the city.

And in good faith we complied with our source’s request.

Unlike certain people who knowingly & willingly are participating in consumer fraud, we here at Team Yucky actually respect our nation’s laws & law enforcement officers.

Now, back to the issue at hand — did you really get any threats of any sort at any time as a result of your info — which you yourself had posted around the web — being posted at Ducky’s blog?

According to the sergeant, the police department has no record of any threats to you nor any record of any contacts from you to the police regarding any threats.

Period.

So who should we believe? Should we believe you — a known & willing associate of a proven con artist?

Or should we believe the law enforcement authorities against whom you in effect have set yourself?

Certainly nobody should believe us – we’ve got a proven track record of idiocy & nobody should take our word for anything.

Verify, verify, verify. And what better way to verify than to go to the source of the info — in this case, the law enforcement authorities who have sworn to protect & to serve? We’re pretty sure that includes protecting the American public from scammers & fake phone psychics.

Speaking of which … hey you’re on the phone a lot aren’t you. In your job. As a phone psychic. You have access to lots of phones right? phone numbers, phone lines. That sort of thing.

Ok, TT is asking how to reintroduce foods after kimkins? It sounds like she knew of the problems we told her about all along and was just pretending they weren't issues in order to justify staying at kimkins.

I think TT needs to come clean...even if it is over on the other site (as we know she cannot come here). She needs to join the lawsuit and tell all!! (Not that it will redeem her totally but it will help)

She was a doctor in the early 1900s, who claimed that long term fasting could cure any disease, and an estimated FORTY women died under her care because they believed her when she said that it was safe.
