Watching the news, just saw some scammers on the web, selling a room in NYC, and the people show up and it's this lady's apt, and she has nothing to do with the scam. The news guys tried to email the "vacation" spot, but their mail bounced back.

It's funny you should say that. For all the detractors who came in, think what would have happened if we all had given up back then. you all wouldn't have found the bride sites, the tv news programs wouldn't have run with it, the depo wouldn't have happened.. I can definitely see this being a story on Dateline or 48 hours. I can see them interviewing a bunch of the key "investigators" from this website and explaining how all of this stuff was uncovered. I can't imagine that a national newsprogram wouldn't want to cover this story. It has to be a pretty unique (and hugely profitable) case of internet fraud.

I've never heard of anything quite like this before.

I think we should try again to contact Dateline, etc with the newest info. Up til now, there was no proof of the MILLIONS of $ that were involved - I think they could have viewed it as a small time operation....but now as the story gets bigger and bigger, and more and more outlandish, maybe we can stir up more info. Honestly, a person could never write such a piece of fiction, let alone it be the truth. I cannot believe that Fox News (who reports on the dumbest little stuff) or Dateline has not picked up on this yet. Perhaps its time for another round of letters. Who has the contact info?

I believe that Singinglass lied about getting calls. She wants some attention too and she doesn't care what kind. Or maybe she wanted to get people to feel sorry for her? I saw her on the show with Tippy and I have no idea why she was even there. I think she just wanted to feel important, or like others said wanted to distract others. If she had gotten calls they would know who it is by now. Ongoing investigation? You either know what phone it came from or you don't. They would know who did it by now. And if it did happen I do not believe that they would have the police investigating a couple harrassment calls. They would just tell her to change her number to an unlisted one. They wouldn't waste police officers time for prank phone calls.

Hi everyone, I'll have to catch up later... But, for now a couple of things:

1. Does anyone else think SL is like Baghdad Bob? Remember the "spokesman" for Saddam(n) who denied U.S. military presence in Iraq and our tanks rolled down the street right behind him while he was being interviewed? He was such a clown that when he tried to turn himself in to U.S. authorities, we turned him down.

Singinlass - sticking with KK's makes you like Baghdad Bob. Sorry if that sounds too mean. If you want to have meaning in your life, and raise your self-esteem to match your weightloss success, then get the hell out of Kimkins. It's simple. I'm not trying to put you down at all. I'm just being honest. For YOUR OWN SAKE, get out now! Admitting you were wrong makes you human. Nothing wrong with that. Sticking by a liar like Heidi just makes you her puppet. Don't you want more for yourself than that?

2. For those of you who live in the Southern California area and know a girl scout, do her favor and point her to Heidi's new house. After all, I believe the first of the year is when Girl Scout cookies go on sale. In the deposition vid, poor Heidi looked like she could use a tag-a-long or thin-mint fix.

Here is another thing that can fit with the timing of things. If SL doesn't think Kimmer would make those calls or use her in a distraction then she needs to consider the timing of her calls and also the following regarding TT or her real name Jeannie Baitinger

Ok now look at this with TT:
Has anyone done a google search for Jeannie Baitinger AKA TippyToes lately?
Well, someone did and noticed it pulled up some odd links. To make it easier to see why TT was linked to these sites I looked in the cached file so it would highlight her name. This was google searched- "Jeannie Baitinger florida" **Warning these sites are not for the faint of heart to read** Google search Now click on the cached files of each and you can see where her name comes up.
I noticed a few things:

1) Jeannie Baitinger was randomly inserted into text. It didn't make any sense as to why. Trust me your name is not something you would want associated with the sites that her name is now on.

2) The date on when the comments were added or the date the member was added that made the comment-

4) Kimmer was very active on kimkins on Nov. 12th as well. Remember the new site homepage and all her posts at kimkins. As a matter of fact Kimmer started posting at Kimkins at 7:02 am and managed to get 15 posts in before leaving for her deposition.

NOV12th Jeannie Baitinger is used in websites----------NOV12th M&J show

So either Kimmer is being evil and wanted some odd revenge for Tippy getting the on air attention.
Another option involves Kimmer's business sense as well as her warped mind. She wanted those sites to come up if someone watching the show later googled "Jeannie Baitinger Florida" to learn more about her.

Either way I think it shows how Kimmer's timing, although thinly veiled behind google or alleged calls will always display a connection with what is going on with the investigation.

Can anyone else think of an explanation or something that I overlooked?
