I got a chuckle over her "explanation" on the stand [in this video] of why she used fake "after" pictures from the internet. She claims it was an attempt to maintain her "anonymity," which is an obvious lie because her "before" pictures depict her as she is now. If she was going to be anonymous, why post your picture at all?? That makes no sense!

She believes she can spin her way out of this, amazingly, and still chooses to lie even when the TRUTH would help her more. Kimmer, that was not even a GOOD lie. You are losing it, girl! Man oh man, how very far you have fallen.

But I really would like to know the truth about her FIRST "after" picture that has been around here for years. I have always believed it was actually Kimmer in her late teens, early 20's. Before she cropped the photo, it included a young 20ish man.

I am just wondering why SL has come over to this board looking to start something with the people that she banned. Wasn't the point of banning them in the first place that you didn't want to deal with the "Negative Nancys"? I just don't understand why you are here trying to start dissention and divert people from the real issues. I'm truly sorry if people were "stalking" you, but it is irrelevant to the situation at hand. The bottom line is that you now know BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT, BY HEIDI'S OWN ADMISSION that KK's and Kimmer were A FRAUD, A SCAM AND A LIE. Maybe it's time for you to focus on you now instead of being Kimmer's patsy. Many people, myself included, had hopes that you would wake up and leave KK's months ago, because we thought that deep down you might acknowledge what was going on was dangerous and try to help those of us here to make things right (SHUT KIMMER DOWN FOR GOOD!!!!!). We thought that you might have some integrity and compassion for people in need, some of whom are so desperate to lose weight they would do anything. It seems that was not the case, however. You really need to refocus on the true issues and disassociate from Kimmer, because if you don't you may end up being Kimmer's new bunkmate in the clink.

WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!

I heard that when they shut down your Paypal account, it is really, really hard to get it going again....

If she is accepting checks/c cards she will need another bank account because they already attached her other one....maybe under Brandon's name this time? Hey, Brandon...if your smart....run with the money when it builds up a little...she is going to blame you anyway..

Everyone here knows that her address has been up at Ducky's now since Sept. 29th. SingingLass has posted that here herself several times. By me showing a green arrow on a map, in relation to the police department, and her address with the street house xxx'd out, is too much in what way? How is it different or new from what we already knew?
The only thing it shows that is new is that the Corvallis PD is 1.1 miles from her place of residence and that is what she doesn't like.

Had you put her house number on it, that might have been considered too far. On the other hand, other than SL's involvement with Kimkins, I don't think anyone really gives a flying flip (Hi Flippy!

) about SL. She acts like she's president of a small country.

She claimed she could not have been the one to post the mean threatening comment regarding herself on Ducky's blog. The comment there was posted was published at 7:29:37 PDT on September 29th.
The calls were stated to have occurred that morning of the September 29th.
SL explained how she couldn't have left the threatening post on Ducky's blog, I am assuming she felt this would prove that it was from someone legit, but at any rate she stated this-
"Some of you may have noticed I was not posting much this last week and weekend...this is because I was performing in an opera revival from my summer production. My time was rather consumed. That post that has been circulating was posted with a time stamp at a time that I would have been sitting backstage putting on gloves and listening to the overture."

All I can say is unless Heidi was sitting in her lap that still doesn't prove that the comment was not planted as a way to legitimize the theory of threatening phone calls.

ITA --- even the PI blanked out the address when video taping.

Don't kid yourself - if the police had evidence that people were making threatening calls they would have alerted the police in the district from where they were placed. I don't buy it SL. I'm sorry!

I still would like to know how on earth SL or TT can continue to work with a fraud. Are they that stupid or worse yet - have no morals?

I remember her saying that. I also remember her claiming middle of the night phone calls possibly from the east coast. There is a time lag of 3-4 hours between east and west. Early morning phone calls just don't have the same sinister ring to them as middle of the night ones, but it can happen.

(Had it happen to me.) So yes, Bama, she could have had an engagement that evening and still received threatening phone calls that night.

But what is the point? Did she or didn't she receive the phone calls? I think she did. Because there's no way she would have brought up fake threats on TV, knowing that she wouldn't even be there if the ducks here hadn't assiduously followed every clue and verified their info with KTLA. IOW, she could expect scrutiny because of her close ass'n with Kimkins. (And if the calls were fakes, then someone else's intelligence may be seriously questioned as well. I hear the Kimkins diet does that to a person!)

That is terrific news. People 'buy into' things much more quickly when they can use a credit card. By the time they get to writing out and mailing a check, many people change their minds and no longer want the item or service.

Good news! Her income will probably take a big hit. Hopefully the attorney has a way to find out how many checks are coming in.
