Considering your unqualified support for a known and proved charlatan, it casts your character in a very negative light.

Everything is being twisted around to suit the angle desired. Yes, I contacted them and gave them the name of the officer i reported to, and even sent emails to. That is between me and the local department. No I will not give any of you the name of that officer, because I am sure he would not appreciate all the incoming calls and emails. Just because the police have chosen not to discuss things with internet bloggers who are obsessing and piling them up with emails and calls, does not mean there is not truth in the situation. Obviously a line was crossed with them if all the contact information had to be deleted.

Or else they decided that the complaint was unjustified, and the events never happened.Anymore, neither do they attend fender-bender accidents since they are saving their resources for more worthy tasks. It's possible the record of your complaint has been lost. In that case, it will do you no good and possibly further loss of credibility to continue to point to missing evidence as evidence that certain events took place. There's no need to post the numbers of the supposed transgressors, but I would be VERY surprised to find it was anybody here. It seems the ducks here are law-abiding and have stuck to legal means to debunk Kimmer. BTW, did you know Heidi was still that big?

Basically you all just prooved what happened to me when my info was posted by turning around and harassing that officer with emails and calls when his contact info was posted as well.

There's no comparison between asking an official through his office about a matter, and posting the officer's personal info. Ducks and chickens!

Let it go, focus on your own lives.....this is not supposed to be entertainment, you are interfering with the personal lives and safety of others, and that is wrong, no matter what kind of gloss or justification you put on it.

Sorry, it may be entertainment to some of us, but to those harmed by advice you have given and supported, it goes a lot deeper. Try justifiable vindication and desire to have everyone implicated in the fraud brought to justice. Look in the mirror, SingingLass, and try to convince yourself that you have no stake in the outcome.

Would you like it honeybee, if I turned around and posted your address, your maps, your life details and the like up? I doubt it. Most anyone would feel threatened, especially in the context that all of this being presented.

I agree there's been enough focus on you that was unnecessary. But it's INDIVIDUALS who have racked up a trail of nasty pm's that were made public, that exposed collusion and fraud . Those individuals cannot stay in support of a liar and fraud, yet demand mercy from public scrutiny. Consider yourself well cautioned.

Hyperbarics are great for surgical flaps and grafts..I ahve treated failed plastic surgeries..sucessfully. You are right to be interested. It makes so much sense to me to pretreat and post-treat as well. But the surgeons aren't all that well versed in the therapy.

The only reason she "came clean" was because she was caught! Otherwise, this would have gone on forever lying and cheating people. The sad part is that she is still causing people harm and she must be stopped..Glad you are okay..but how scarey was that!!

You know what I'd do? I'd quit working for the scammer, turn over all the information I possibly could to the authorities, and I would hope for IMMUNITY AND A PLEA BARGAIN. If I found out I had been part of a scam and had unknowingly helped to rip off tens of thousands of people, I would also hire a damned good lawyer, because I would fear liability from my own part in the scam.

I would be doing everything in my power to right the wrongs I was a part of, and to restore my good name. I would understand and expect people to be angry with me for a very long time, even after I made a sincere apology. I am sure I'd have a hard time coping with the guilt over being involved with ripping so many people off, and even harming their health. I'm starting to feel awful just writing about how awful I'd feel if I were you.

Since you asked how would I feel, there you go. That's how I'd feel. And having written all that, I can sort of understand why you totally avoid it. It's got to be a bunch of terribly unpleasant feelings.

What I want to know is this: how much money have you earned in your work for Kimkins, Delaney? Has it been worth it?

ETA: In the interest of full disclosure, I want to say that I am not even one of the people ripped off by Scamkins, so I cannot speak for them or even imagine how they would feel!

That class laywer thing...cracks me up! Here is why. The person who started the ball rolling there, is Jeanessa. Okay, I read/ skimmed through most of the dribble over at LCF ( boring boring ...I am still trying to recover brain cells)... and she was someone who came on board not too long ago with really air-headed seeming posts asking what was going on, and asking questions like a little kid hopping up and down hoping to be let in on the secrets and allowed to play with the bigger kids. She did not appear to have any negative opinion or experience of her own about this plan, until others instilled it for her. She then was one of the first people to be banned I believe the day the pictures were released on slam board due to posts she made over here...which she of course bragged about to LCF, wanting to be cool and further let into the group.

THEN she started this thing about how she was denied a refund, and oh she was going to get a lawyer. When she said that, she suddenly got this wave of people telling her way to go, and let me know so I can join in too. Following that, ducky made posts cheering her on and encouraging others to join on the wagon as well. I think at first there was not even a lawyer, that she was just blowing steam to look cool, and it jumped foward.

Now, other interesting issues. You have to lift a brow at a so-called lawyer who is posting on other random anti-kimkins blogs in the comment sections trying to drum up people to join up with him. Can we say bottom feeder, and a blow to credibility/ethical practices?

Why did you say all that? Hmmm...because you thought I was 'anti-Kimkins' and you wanted to address the stuff I was saying.

Why do people here say stuff about you? Because you are 'pro-Kimkins' and they want to discuss the stuff you are saying.

As for your privacy and safety issues, you are not the only person who has been threatened. You just seem to feel the need to talk about it more than others do.

Miss...real name in blog is a personal preference. Myself, I wouldn't care. I think if someone wants to know who you are, etc., nowdays, they can find you if they really want to. I have a girlfriend who does personals and checks up on all the guys who respond to her so it is up to you and how you feel about it.
