Well, SingingLass, the problem is that even after all the fraud and lies have come out (and proven) you are still there at the Kimpound supporting this woman and the fake diet.

I doubt there are many people who supported your private info being posted on the internet nor the joke that went with the post. Rest Assured, the Truth WILL come out. That's something Heidi Didn't and Still Doesn't understand. People here want the truth and they WILL find it.

So, Have no doubt that the truth of this matter will come out. True or Not.

As other people have asked, I can't understand why you are still there and still supporting Heidi/Kimmer and the Kimkins diet Knowing the lies and Fraud and all the people that were hurt by this. This is why no one is taking your "Word" over what the police have said. You have a record of supporting and covering lies without any thought to the people you hurt. By your support, you have aided Kimmer and Kimkins in their fraud.

Now, if you were us...Would you believe you? Would you take your word over what the police said?

I don't think so.

I originally did not even want to say anything at all about this situation, and then Tippy being concerned mentioned it on the boards...and so I kind of had to clarify what was going on, and did so here as well. I know people have thought it wierd that I did not talk any more of it...but it comes down to that fact that it was a very bad experience and not something I wanted to have to repeat over and over, nor was I seeking any kind of attention. I just wanted it to stop---and that was the one good result of the situation being posted, because the calls then ceased. I also did not want to bring it up on the M&J show, it was something they went with themselves because they apparently liked the drama angle of things. I really would have prefered not have had to discuss that, and it was further concerning to my family members (especially my father) when they saw it.

Deni and I spoke very briefly about the situation ( the show did not give us much time afterwards to really talk), and she wanted me to know she did not condone what had happened. I appreciated her saying that, as well as Becky and the rest of you who said much the same. I also mentioned to her how I really wished none of this had turned personal on anyone, on either side. When a situation gets to a place that people are being harassed, stalked, threatened...something is really wrong. I would never want, or wish that kind of situation on anyone. Those of you want to think this is a lie, make your jokes and the like.....it is not funny. It is not something to take light of no matter who the target is or what you personally think of them. Try to imagine how you would feel if you were the one who had been harassed like that, or if it was some female family member of yours...and people were out there laughing at it and treating it like some kind of warped entertainment.

I have contacted the officer via email listed on the statement saying I did not make a report ( too late to call right now). I have passed off the name of the officer I spoke to as well as his email address, I have records of past communications and the like. Obviously something was mixed up here, but it was something that happened. I also gave him links to where his statement and contact information has been posted.

The main reason I am speaking up on this is because my concern is that people are looking either for a way to discredit the situation, or write it off as something else in order to not really have to accept what happened and how wrong it was. This kind of attitude and disregard just scares me, because it could leave the door open for something like this to happen to someone else if people do not fully understand the scope of the situation, and that there are real breathing people involved with this. Whoever posted my information and instructions to harass me apparently did not consider that. So please, keep that in mind here....this never should have gone to an individual personal level like this.

Singinglass, if this has truly happened then I'm sorry. I think it's wrong. I've said so before. I, too, am concerned for the real, breathing people. I'm concerned that where Kimkins is involved that you're looking either for a way to discredit the situation, or write it off as something else in order to not really have to accept what happened and how wrong it is. This kind of attitude and disregard just scares me, because it could leave the door open for this to continue to happen to others if people do not fully understand the scope of the situation, and that there are real breathing people involved with this. Shouldn't you give all of them the same level of concern that you want for yourself? Can you tell me why those real breathing people (including myself when I was there before you banned me) aren't being protected by you? Why aren't you doing all in your power to protect them? I'm sure in light of all that's been revealed and admitted to, you must certainly be aware of the scope of the situation. Why are you helping it to continue?

Thanks for the recap ketosis. This story just gets stranger and stranger. It indeed seems like Heidi has a "different" sort of personality. I would think most people would not respond like Heidi has...of course most people would have never engaged in such fraud to begin with.

I bet a national show like Dateline picks this story up soon.

WOW, I just wandered in last night and read these threads for the first time! What a shock! I have to say I always suspected that her "BEFORE" pic was really her after pic and that her "AFTER" picture was really someone else or her when she was a young girl. It was so obvious it was not her in the present. Also, the original version of that picture had a 20 yr old boy in it, which was a dead giveaway.

I read her "confession" on her website and am not surprised to see she is still spinning as fast as she can. Nothing has changed.

I am relieved that her dangerous diet [which I have always said] is being exposed and that her fraud has been brought out in the open. sheesh, what a sicko.
