I know that I am more than a few hours late on this but I also remember it being said that she recently moved. I THINK it was the mother of Hidey's grandbaby that said this. Maybe one of the ladies that talked to her can verify this. If I didn't have to go to work I would try to find it in one of the previous threads.

I remember something like this too but it was more than weeks ago. It was when the family was first contacted. I think it was posted here. Which thread were we in then? I think the info came from the ex-girlfriend of the oldest son. I'm not positive, though.

I think K/H is feeling the heat of prosecution. First TT says on national TV that there is no doctor on the site after recently introducing Dr. Mark to the members. Hmmmm, I wonder how Dr. Mark felt about TT making that claim on TV. I wonder how the members felt about that after the big doc intro and then posting questions to the site doctor they're more than aware of having on the site. Now Heidi is covering her butt because they're seeking medical advice from the so called doc that they said they don't have. Remember when all they needed for medical advice was Kimmer/Heidi? My, how things change. How are they going to explain their way out of all this to their members without the help of the ban button? How are they going to explain all this in court?

(although her food costs may have dropped a tad since she's supposedly attempting to actually do her own diet).... and she has to pay the lights/utilities for that house of hers, etc etc. (And don't forget cat food, she has to keep her "cattiness" well-nourished).

But anyway, this one thing I do know: ample operating cash is the absolute life-blood of any business, no matter what type and no matter what size. And the judge, by freezing most of Heidi's assets, just put a serious (and probably unexpected) crimp in Heidi's operating cash.

Here's where I think Heidi failed (but it will probably be a while before she really figures it out):

If she truly understood business.... and wanted her Kimkins to survive (to provide a financial future and keep the cash coming in, you know?).... she would have understood that the stupidest thing she could have done was sink that much of her ready cash into a house as she was staring down a lawsuit designed to bring Kimkins down.

What she should have done was hang on to all that cash, using it to fortify her "war-chest" to fight the lawsuit and win. She should have tried to neutralize the lawsuit early on by "coming clean" months ago, using much of that cash to provide refunds to all of us "negative Nancys", get rid of us, change the TOS and and the business structure to one that was legitimate and truly provided immunity, using some of that cash to finance a hefty business liability insurance policy to protect herself in future.... and then start all over with a clean slate. There would have been plenty of time to buy a nice house after getting rid of us and/or winning the lawsuit... as the memberships started pouring in from the "legitimization" a lawsuit neutralization/win would have provided the Kimkins business.

Everything she has done business-wise since this started has been amateurish, reactive, and too-little-too-late. And paying cash to buy the house is another example.... and a major blunder on Heidi's part. By doing so, she probably placed herself in an ever-tightening financial and business straight-jacket.... leaving herself very little room to maneuver. Way to go Kimmer! Good job!

If it wasn't a lie and the Dr. Specialier-than-Mark (LOL! I love that!) was watching the show and basing her decision on what she saw there then I suspect the answer was an ear shattering "NO!!!" followed by running like the wind away from Kimkins. Maybe I'm wrong and she didn't run. Perhaps she just stood in place, LHAO.

I don't think that's her stuff in the pictures! Aren't they realty pictures, taken while the house was on the market still?

Her small kitchen is bigger and brighter than mine, and the house has twice the square footage of mine. It's all relative, I guess! I wouldn't ever choose to live in a place where a place like that costs $400K, though - where I am, I could buy a mansion for that price!

I was thinking about this the other night. Heidi could have continued to rake in millions, if she had just thought like a business person instead of a criminal.

On our side, she continues to do it, which should make shutting her down much easier.

After I came home I called and reported this foster family and you know what the social worker said? "We have no other place to put these kids." Ive been a foster parent and have 2 adopted. And let me tell you, there are many many GOOD foster parents out there but unfortunately a small number are in it for the money. The state pays you if you adopt a disabled kid, even after they reach adulthood and I wonder if that is why Heidi wanted to adopt that one boy?

This story made me cry. A perfect example of why I'm so grateful we have a free press in this country. As soon as social services said that - call the media. I know that was long ago and that you were from another state and all, and that things were different back then. Please know I'm not blaming you or faulting you in any way!

I hope those people rot in one of those cribs they confined those children to.

And hopefully the state did NOT give that child to Hidey. She is a con, a fraud and a criminal. God, please protect children from her grasp.

That house would sell for maybe $150,000 where I live. Or less! We need basements here in tornado country. It looks like a good starter house neighborhood we see here. As long as the crime is low, I would be happy, I guess.
