The picture you see is a screen shot of her at the deposition. The whole thing was recorded.

The attorney sent the shot to a few people, with instructions to pass it on.

Not in Ca This time. My cousin has a 900 sq foot home that she paid 550k for there. So Heidi seems to have gotten a deal on this since it's 1911 sq feet with a flipping fireplace and hot tub. Now I am stating this here and it is final, if ANYONE snaps photos of Heidi getting in the hot tub, I quit! tee hee

Actually this is what I've found on that so far:

up to $40,000 of the equity on the title of the house
that you own and live in (equity is the difference

The lawsuit can stipulate that she sell her home if she loses. She may be allowed to keep 40k, so she's not so "stoopid" after all. However, I'm certain that in CA atty's deal with this type of crud all the time, so I'm sure they will see that her purchasing a home while in the process of being sued, is hiding assetts. We shall see how it plays out!

If it was in foreclosure, it was probably empty a long time. The realtor probably put that stuff there... I wonder when Heidi moves in?

This brings back memories! Probably 15 years ago, we had those molded plastic lawn chairs at our kitchen table for so long that I didn't even notice them anymore. 2 reasons - we were too broke to buy 'real' kitchen chairs and my DH's bad back felt better in his favorite lawn chair.

But we upgraded to real kitchen furniture eventually. I'm sure the neighbors came into my house and scratched their heads, though.
