Pretty balsy if you ask me. Arrg!

Might be why she wanted her deposition delayed... buying a house is time consuming, especially when you are shy.

The picture at the deposition does remind me of what Heidi looked like in the PI photos, as far as her cheeks and skin. She had sunglasses on then so it is not helpful for other comparisons.
I can see features of Heidi in the blue sweater pic too.
The old blue sweater pic looks like her in the blue dress pic, but it is harder to see the resemblance in a direct comparison of the blue dress pic and her now because of her crinkled facial features from her smiling.

What do y'all think?
The shape of the eyes and the nose are definitely the same in all 3 pictures. Ever since I saw the blue sweater and blue dress pics, those eyes have stood out for me like a red flag, because none of her fake after pictures have those eyes. But these 3 pictures are all the same woman for sure.

It just means you were taken in by an evil person at a vulnerable time. Yes, you can chalk it up to a mistake and grow from the experience, but don't look at it as if you are lacking something, because everyone has trusted people that they shouldn't have at some point in their lives. I think you should vent to someone who you do totally trust and let them be a sounding board in what is a realistic concern about you or others and what is just being sensitive after the whole kimkins event. Good luck in the healing process.

Too funny!....Now, Brian Pugh who are you? We got some questions for you now...(must be sung with Scooby Doo music)....
:: Heidi- "I would have gotten away with it all if it hadn't been for those darn meddling ducks"

Excellent observation/prediction and I fully expect the same!
The Chickens will come home to roost. And I think Kimmer considers this her home or at least her original home. How fitting that her previous acts here with her old posts are now been used against her.
The thread here could not be a bigger bullseye! Well, I guess my siggy doesn't help.

Good point Shelly! We all need to be blogging after Christmas with tags of losing weight, new years resolution, extra holiday pounds, lose 10 pounds fast, lose 15 pounds fast....that sort of thing in order to divert the traffic that goes to kimkins! Please if you haven't started an anti-kimkins blog do start one it is easy and you really don't have to do much.
BTW- Shelly did you ever hear anything back from the blogging that was on craigslist?
Am catching up but didn't want to forget to respond. The person on Craig's list states she lurks here keeping an eye on things. She continues to send in the new names on the list to the appropriate people.

She sure did make a lot of money and if she were smarter (more honest) she definitely wouldn't be at risk of losing it all now.

I think underneath that wig and red dress, Kimmer is a man. She would have to be to have a set that big! Oops, did I say that out loud?

Becky mentioned that the lawyer looked many times at the picture of Heidi on her website and said she was much larger than that in person. So..I'm wondering when she will post
another weight loss picture on the site..

You know..I'm betting in Kimmer's whole life of scamming, this is one of the first times she has actually been caught! Isn't this great when the system works?

I've been following this thread from the beginning and have been, well, fascinated!

About the house....I wouldn't be surprised if the house is held in a trust. I'm in CA too and the house that my DH and I own is held in a family trust so that say, if my DH is in an accident and someone decides to sue, our family home is not considered an asset since it's owned by a trust. You don't have to be millionaires to have a family trust. Heidi's not all dumb; if it were me, I'd have put that house in a trust and set the oven timer for my sugar cookies to be done.

Actually the note is in her name alone. I searched it to see if Brandon was on it too so that she could turn it over to him, but it was as stated a cash transaction, with her as sole owner. So no trust. And a side note I agree with the escrow comment, but escrow is usally the length of the time it takes to complete the abstract, and or complete the title work, to make sure there are no other liens on the property. That can take as little as 3 days. However, my point was that it takes usually 7 days for the note to be recorded at the court house, so while she may have begun the transaction last month it likely closed the week prior to the depo. Still ballsy if ya ax me

I have been re-reading the first fascination thread, and I noticed that the first time we were called a lynch mob was when the posters were all wondering and investigating the pictures.

Give it up ladies, you are starting to sound like a lynch mob, leave the people alone, I can't believe there are so many people still adding to this discussion, 10 pages full, too bad there wasn't 10 pages of positive reinforcement here. If you don't like it, drop it, if it doesn't sound good to you, so be it, big deal, wasting time and negative energy is what you are doing, so sad. Move on to a new subject. Just like all other people, quotes, etc. you don't get the big picture, you are taking bits and pieces from many different sources and using it to build a case against someone who won't give in to you and your so called questions, GOOD FOR HER. She's winning not you, she's spending her time doing something productive I'm sure, while your still sitting here debating her, what a shame. If the plan she put out there helps people, great, if it is a gimic, whatever, did she personally attack, or personally defame you, or personally hurt you, NO. We have so much time on our hands that this is what we do with it, sit on a chat board and talk about cheek bones and leopard dresses, myspace which could be anyone posing as her, DOUBT IS FEAR of the unknown, Did you try her plan? Did she steal money from you? Did you read Kimmer's Bootcamp? Did you read about exercise? Are you an adult and make your decisions? Do you have a choice? YES you do. Your choice is not to do all the research, not to try the plan. So you can't judge. End of story.

This last time we were also looking very closely at the pictures as well as questioning the son's involvement. I know it has been said before, but the less we engage these types of posts the better. I can see how in the first thread that during that whole tirade by those who opposed simply questioning things that many were tracking down information about Heidi. This makes me go Hmmm, because there are many phrases that ring very familiar to me. No new tricks, just the same old tired and very provocative statements to get us all off of the trail.

The problem is if she did that after she was sued, I believe she could still lose the house. Because it can be seen as an attempt to hide her assets. I think that's illegal.

Lola no need to worry, she didn't do the trust. Here is a copy of the recording of the deed. She's not listed as a trust, she's sole owner of the property. So fear not

Wow

It's only been about 7 weeks or so since I last visited here, and A LOT sure has happened since then! Depositions, new TV coverage, some infighting (that part isn't too good, but maybe not surprising since emotions can run hot and wild sometimes).

I learned that the (in)famous red dress lady has been found, great work! (Honeybee, I remember having so much fun helping with the fake pics investigation.) Catching up on what has happened so far has been a very enlightening experience, I must say.

I don't have a personal stake in the cause; I never was a KK member - but only because I couldn't afford to fork over $60 or so. In retrospect, I'm glad I was short on funds at the time. Otherwise I probably would've signed up for the plan, and if I did, I'd probably be spending much more now than just $60 in terms of emotional and physical consequences.

I just want to see someone who willfully deceived other people get her comeuppance. Here's to hoping she gets what she deserves (punishment for deliberately misleading people and defrauding them).
