She did claim that her proceeds were going to charity-

Basically, at the beginning of the foster kid challenge Tippy stated this -

For those who don't know this: 100% of Kimmers proceeds are going to help foster kids who turn 18 to get set up with housing, utilities, etc...

another kimkins member stated-

First this, then the Suggestion Box post! We're supposed to go to pizza to celebrate the last day of school (and one boy's 1 Year Anniversary with me) and I'm going to be a blubbering wreck in the car!

I wanted everyone to know it's my portion of the proceeds going to the boys.

There are other times on other threads that the proceeds going to foster kids is referenced.
I have to mention this...when the challenge was over members were told to make a paypal to KimmersKids(at)gmail.com. There was a problem with paypals gong through unless a person's funds were drafted from their checking (ie. no debit or credit cards). Well, members were told to review their paypal payments to see if they went through.
Some one posts mine shows as complete but "who is Heidi"?

Not a pain.
Did you see the screen shots? I posted an overview of quotes concerning the foster kids and proceeds issue.
I have not seen the phrase that proceeds went to charity or Kimmers kids on the homepage, yet.
I did read this and want to quote it here. This is what was on the homepage n August 2006
