Just stoping in to catch up, so happy I had to go through 15 pages of gunk to get to some good info. I totally agree that one can totally hate this thread, please feel free, it's your right, however why post here?

I'm not a fan of talking about constipation so I don't frequent the "I can't poo" threads yano?

I see that magazine every week at the grocery store, and I don't think I've ever bought one, so I don't know from first hand experience if it's trashy or not, and I suspect many other people feel the same way, so I can see that when that was published, it was very easy for many to buy into the article. And yes, I agree, you would think that WW would do some investigation before they blindly did an article and cover story on it. Makes no sense to me at all.

Not all of them. Her Citibank account and Paypal apparently have been frozen to the tune of $1.5 (or .6) million dollars. Anything that comes in postfreeze is still hers, and she can apply to have funds released (AFAIK) to continue her business and pay expenses. I wondered that, too. I think so. Something about her eyes and the shape of her nose. Can't really tell about the shape of her head because of the wigs.

Well, we all know that California is a very expensive place to live..So, it was probably at least $300,000 plus for a small place..Those poor KKites!!!

I want to be sure I understood the above! She has 1.5 million just sitting in Citibank and Paypal? And she wouldn't part with the money to reimburse the people who wanted refunds?

I think the picture of her with Brandon does look like her at the deposition. At the deposition she is older and has more moles. There is a mole in the same place on her neck in both pictures and the distance between the flare of her nose and the corner of here eyes are the same. To me anyway!!

The picture at the deposition does remind me of what Heidi looked like in the PI photos, as far as her cheeks and skin. She had sunglasses on then so it is not helpful for other comparisons.
I can see features of Heidi in the blue sweater pic too.
The old blue sweater pic looks like her in the blue dress pic, but it is harder to see the resemblance in a direct comparison of the blue dress pic and her now because of her crinkled facial features from her smiling.

What do y'all think?

You know, when I used to think about her having all that money at the expense of all the people who signed up, it really bothered me, yet there was this part of me that was really hoping it wasn't true that she had made that much.

How stupid I was! She's sitting on her sugar-cookied hind end in a house that is paid for with over a million in the bank, and she was too cheap to refund the money to people who asked. Even if she had refunded 50,000 (which I don't think comes close to the requested amounts), she would have had enough to live for the rest of her life.

It just makes me ill.

NO!!! Then she is has set it up to where her money invested in the home would not be touched. 2big4mysize and I discussed this in a pm when I was concerned about what Heidi would do with her money.
I also thought with all her staff in florida that she would use that as a perfect reason to relocate!

Does it look like Deposition Heidi? To me it does. Except that DH is a lot older, and the moles on her face have gotten more prominent. Moreover, she's wearing heavier eye makeup, which tends to distort things a bit. But I do believe she has lost some weight - there are lines at the base of her neck where possibly some adipose tissue has been resorbed. But she still is a nice looking woman, especially dressed to the nine's in her new red dress, not scruffing around in stay at home clothes.

And whether or not it's a new wig, she's not pulling iit as low to disguise her lack of eyebrows; so she's a little less hidden. JMO.

I don't know, but I'm sure that the attorney was looking for every trick, and I would think she had to show solid identification to prove who she was. The nose looks different to me, but it's hard to tell because it isn't a full frontal picture.
