I was just speculating. But Halcyon could be incorporated in a state that is more "accomodating", tax-wise, than CA. Not that Kimkins would not have to pay income taxes, but there are many other legal reasons for doing this.

If you go to her actual weight loss progress page, she has a testimonal about going off KK and gaining 40 lbs back and stating that she no longer supports the program.

She seems like a nice person that was suckered along with the rest of us.

Unfortunately, that doesn't help us much, when her articles keep appearing all over the place. Sadly, a google search of "April Wend, Kimkins" turns up way too many sites with these articles on them. People are going to read the articles, and most likely they will not visit her site to be able to decide if she has seen the light yet or not.

It's rather like a snowball rolling down the hill...

I watched the M and Juliet..No reference to KK, but a gal did a bodywrap to see if it worked and she really liked it..

I'm sure sales will go up despite the fact that it is only temporary and you may get dehydrated..LOLO..
