I believe she is seeing side effects from the lack of fat in her diet. Her thyroid is acting up. Can it be blamed on kimkins? Heck, she has done so many plans but I don't think the cycling has helped her at all.

Before she left (I don't know how many weeks) I had PM'd her and asked her to Please think about adding some coconut oil in her diet and not to be scared of coconut oil. She thanked me and said that someone else had suggested it too, then tried to state again that it had nothing to do with "Kimkins". I just didn't "Go there" and never responded back.

I'm one of those people. Once I saw the PI pictures and video, I couldn't even play devil's advocate for her any longer. She made me feel like a fool. Now she owes me 34-cents and I'll get it one way or another!

Blaming yourself for falling into the Kimkins scam because you know better is like blaming a kidnapped child for talking to a stranger even though he/she knew better.

Airse, Heidi put a lot of things in place to turn that "inner voice" off for some of us. She set up a website that looked legit, claimed success as a personal testament to the validity of the safety of her plan, claimed the success of others as further validity of the success of her plan, and when a question arose from that "inner voice" that people dared express, she had it deleted or explained it away with false science.

Hindsight is 20/20 and many of us now know not to take a seemingly sincere and intelligent person at his/her word without some solid, valid proof.

Many people who have posted here and been scammed by Heidi have very quietly moved on, which you are free to do at any time. Others do not feel comfortable moving on until the Kimkins site can no longer take the money and health of people like them who are sucked in to the lies that still exist all over the Internet and the Kimkins website. There are still more of us who will not feel comfortable moving on until Heidi Diaz's fate is decided by the legal system.

Fortunately for us all, we get to make the decision to move on for ourselves. Nobody gets to make it for us.

I see a BIG difference between fraudulently setting up a weight loss website and handing out and pushing dangerous advise to desperate people to make money vs. someone who should have questioned a diet (that seemed to be working) as it related to their health and the way they might have been feeling at the time.

I have two children who bring home all kinds of germs and what not, and VERY Rarely do I run to the doctor to make sure I haven't caught something they might have passed my way. My point is, we (as women and mothers) don't always look after ourselves First. I know I will usually wait until I can't take it any more to finally go to the doctor. I'm sure this isn't the smartest way to handle my health, but, it's just the way it is. Does that put me in the same category as Heidi/Kimmer? I certainly hope not. I believe, at least in my case, by helping to bring Heidi/Kimmer down, I am now taking responsibility for my actions by helping to make it impossible for her to hurt anyone else.

I've read every post here that was addressed to you and have not seen anyone tear you apart. What I've seen, is different opinions. That's what happens here, everyone gets their say. Even you! No one here is out for blood, only the truth.

I think the amount of anger and frustration released in these threads has been a healthy outlet. Much healthier than suffering in silence. We all have our own opinions and outlets.

There isn't a calorie limit on any Kimkins plan. I suppose Boot Camp would be the most stringent, but there's still calorie variety there, too. Calories count but we don't count calories.

Kimkins: Unlimited lean protein and up to 4 cups of veggies (no calorie limit)
K/E: Unlimited protein (no calorie limit)
Shake Option: Up to 800 calories
Boot Camp: No calorie limit, but portions are limited

Someone wrote me yesterday and said that a former admin told them to keep their calories between 500-800. Huh? I've been reading that Kimkins has a 500 calorie limit and I couldn't figure out for the life of me where that came from! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!!!!!

For the Record: There is no limit with Kimkins. If the 500-800 figure was published on this site, that was an error.

On the other hand, I don't believe in the 1200 calorie minimum that floats about when people discuss diets. I don't believe in forcing ourselves to eat or picking foods to reach some "minimum". Ha! we were waiting for that, her telling you don't need to worry about eating enough calories!

Anyone who feels mislead because they joined because of the red dress and/or success stories which were a compilation of previous stories over the years, can certainly get a refund and we're asking that those requests by in by 11/17/07.
