i am getting very discouraged. :- this week TOM was here, finished yesterday and i weighed myself today and lost only 3 pounds. i am still on K/E and am eating very good: breakfast 3 egg whites, 12 oz of green tea. lunch- 3 or 4 oz of turkey or chicken cold cuts. dinner- 3 egg whites and 4 oz of chicken. also through out the day i have approx 30 calories in crystal light. i have also been excercising since i started. i walk 30 minutes each day. i dunno what to do.....please help.

Whatever you pick for potty, needs to be daily. How about 1 Senakot each day? Or a warm cup of Smooth Move tea? It's the same ingredient as Senakot (senna leaves) and it comes in Chocolate flavor! See the Blog -- see March 9.

I wanted to share with you the oddest dream I had last night. This dream went on and on for hours.

First of all...Dr. Izzy from Grey's Anatomy decided to come to my house to spend the night. And she wore this little tank top thing and pissed me off...lol

Anyways..DH says him and his friend will spend the night in the tent in the living room . Now mind you..Izzy is staying in there too.
So then I in a little while I sneak in to see what is going on...and Dh is on the computer. He is typing and typing and looking all serious. I have no idea where Izzy went from this point on in my dream...anyways...I finally say..what are you doing, you need to come to bed. DH looks up at me as serious as can be and says...I am talking to Kimmer . I said Kimmer...why? He said..because we are working on a new bracelet to wear to support Kimkins. I said why...he said because Kimmer likes me best.

I woke up a little miffed with you...lol

OK ...I guess it was funnier in my dream..but it was so real. I could see him working with you all night on a bracelet for kimkins...

Yes, on both counts of it being low calories and it is also advising the practice of laxative abuse.
Also, note that the original poster who was asking for help did *not* complain of being constipated. Their complaint was that they had stalled or they weren't losing weight currently. This post along with many others demonstrate that laxatives were recommended in order to lose weight. That is laxative abuse and also, as shown in that post, the laxatives were recommended as part of a daily regimen.
To add to that post please note Tippy's words from the transcript of her recent appearance on the "Morning Show with Mike and Juliet":

M: Do you recommend laxatives?

TT: No

M: No?

I never joined the Kimkins website so I didn't feel I really had a dog in the fight as I was just experimenting with the diet. Then I began to read all the facts that were being brought out about Kimmer. It was so much more than just fibbing about her own before and after photos. It was a conscious effort on her part to decieve people for profit. The whole sordid mess is two-pronged. First it is a scam and second it could be dangerous. That is why she had to be stopped. Now BABYPHAT and others may wonder what the big deal is if people are losing weight, but it has been pointed out time after time that there are numerous ways to lose weight, but they are not all healthy and that is why the FTC and the FDA try to weed out the dangerous weight loss methods. Unfortunately someone usually has to die before they do something. That is why this class-action suit is so important because it is the people themselves who took action rather than waiting for government agencies which are notoriously slow to do something. I hope everyone's efforts are eventually rewarded and Heidi is put out of business. I am sorry I wasn't more supportive in the past.

Even though I don`t post very often I feel I must say something. I have followed this board since the very first posting about the kimkins diet, but I have noticed over the last few weeks that this board has turned into a lynch mob. Heidi will eventually have to pay for her part in all of this, and I do hold her responsible for her part in some ofit, but I hold my self more responsible than her. I Chose to do this diet, I Chose not to eat, I Chose to continue this diet even though in my mind I knew it was harmful to me. I really don`t see many posts about everyone stepping up and owning there responsiblities in this mess. Alot of you people sit there and get upset if someone doesn`t agree with you all, and that is just wrong and There are some people here that are letting this consume there lives. And I am not going to be one of them. I wish everyone all the best, but I really think it is time for everyone to move on with there lives and let the courts take care of Heidi Diaz
