I know it's probably in the fascination threads somewhere but I'm curious does this kimmer/Heidi Diaz even have foster children? Sorry if this has been gone over. Thanks.

Carrie: At one time she did have some foster children, but got in trouble for giving them alcohol..I think they were 14ish, boys..She only ever had boy foster kids. Then she might have had a few foster boys through a private agency. No one knows for sure. But, we don't think she had any of late..At least she didn't have any when the PI was watching in August.
