I don't get it Kimkins? Kimmer thing?

I haven't been on this board for a few years. I was on this board a few years ago and kinda remember the name " Kimmer" and that she was always on alot and had lost weight..is it ok to ask? What's the deal? She was not really the one in the picture or was what in charge of the sight? Just curious.

I was also a member here quite a few years ago, and remembered her. I, too, have wondered about this. I tried to go back and read, but they are long and I could only get bits and pieces. I was afraid to ask, so thanks for the link. Wow.

She's being sued. She had to appear at a court deposition yesterday.

Who is suing her? It looks like she should just be locked up by a prosecutor. If she defrauded people out of $2,000,000, that is major stealing and fraud in my book.

She definitely still looks like the "before" pic that I remember from a few years ago.

complaints have been filed about her with several government groups. you can help shut her down by joining the efforts in complaining to the various governing agencies about the fraud. Links are in the facination topics if you need them.

She was on tv on monday some talk show I think on at 9:00 am. I saw it at the gym. I laughed out loud when I saw it. People are suing her becuase her "diet" is unhealthy.

Did she look like the same heavy person or the one in a svelte body?

If it is the fat one, she will have a hard time getting more people to follow her way of dieting.

Her diet is unhealthy, yes, but she also was claiming to have lost 198 lbs in 11 months (which is obviously untrue). She had a ton of "sucess stories" on her site that she wrote herself that went along with pictures of russian brides.

She is being sued b/c she is a FRAUD in every sense of the word.
