Okay, I am new to this issue, but I have two questions:

1. Does this Kimkins character ever appear herself on these programs?

2. What is the "other side" in defense of starvation diets? An appearance by Joseph Goebbels? Am I missing something here?

Those of you in the U.P. of Michigan- this is also airing in Marquette. The website had Marquette in Pennsylvania of all places. I sent them an email, we'll see if they correct it.

So... Tippy is FOR Kimkins? This must be a recent (ish) switch over... She didn't used to be that "extreme."

Tippy used to say she did Kimkins occasionally and cycled it with Atkins to keep her weight off. I believe she is now claiming that she lost all her weight on Kimkins. I hope someone calls her on that one.

i personally think ketosis long term may not be healthy. i think thats why dr atkins has the 'induction' phase and the 'owl' phase of his plan to gradually take us out of ketosis and learn to eat good carbs.
